Chapter 25

Kakashi was in the hospital as Jiraya told him everything that happened on the mission. He was rather suprised by what Jiraiya told him about both Naruto meeting Sasuke and the appearance of Motori.

Kakashi: So they've encountered one member of the Five Tiger Flames. Which happened to be the one you've met before.

Jiraiya: That's right. We should count ourselves lucky that Motori was only there to observe them. Naruto is nowhere near his strength let alone Sasuke, who are both significantly more powerful.

Kakashi: I see. Said letting out a sigh.

Jiraiya: Even if Naruto wasn't damaged when he tried morphing into the Nine-Tails, he still wouldn't have lasted long against him. Anyway.

Kakashi: Oh no that's not the part that worries me. I figured that Sasuke would be stronger at this point. Not to mention, him encountering Motori who is supposedly their leader's brother, Naruto will be hungry for more training. Know what I mean. Said smiling.

Jiraiya: Hehe, oh yeah.

???: Even so, do you think it'll be enough when he meets Y/N?

They look and saw Zabuza leaning against the wall next to the door arms folded.

Zabuza: Back when they were still Genin, Y/N was already ahead of both Naruto and Sasuke.

Jiraiya: I take it you've been gathering intel on the Tiger Flames as well Zabuza?

Zabuza: Hehehe, try as I might, I can't get any soild intel on them. Though there was one thing that caught my attention when I visited a small town in a forest not that long ago.

Kakashi: What was it?

Zabuza: Apparently, there is a nation that is far to the west of the Land of Wind known as the Land of Tigers.

Jiraiya: Land of Tigers? Said rather intrigued.

Kakashi: Do you know anything about it?

Jiraiya: I've heard from the Great Lod Elder of Mount Myoboku, it's home to a group of people who have the appearance of various animals. The most powerful warriors there are the Tiger Warriors.

Zabuza: Tiger Warriors? Who or what exactly are they?

Jiraiya: For the exact details I'm not 100% sure but if Y/N was taken by two of them and has gone to the Land of Tigers, the only way for Naruto to possibly stand a chance against him is for him to learn Sage Mode. Though I doubt that'll be enough to put him on the same level as Y/N.

Kakashi: In other words, there is a rather massive gap in strength between Naruto and him.

Jiraiya nodded in response.

Zabuza: Well, I doubt that it'll matter regardless if Naruto learns Sage Mode or not.  After all, he has the two tails sealed inside of him and has been working together with it. Said as she chuckled. Rather, I should be saying working with her. Since he sees her as a part of his family after what happened to Kehria.

Kakashi: You're right about that.

Jiraiya: Even so, for him to speak freely about wanting to set the tail beast free that's sealed inside of him, didn't go well when others heard about this.

Zabuza: Obviously. Either way, that kid will come back and slaughter the ones responsible. It's only a matter of time.

Kakashi: Though it won't be easy for any of us.
