Karn and Ashwathama bonded really well and the next day Karn left hastinapur though Duryodhan and other Kauravas clung to him like babies and threw a tantrum that he should not leave so early but Karn promised them he will return once he is done with his work, even after that Duryodhan did not leave Karn that's when Karn promised Duryodhan that they will meet by the end of the week.
Karn then travelled towards Vijaynagar from where he secretly left for Vallabhi and just as he doubted some people followed him but they lost him after he entered Vijayanagar.
He soon reached Vallabhi where the soldiers where checking every single person before allowing them to enter there was a very long queue Karn waited patiently and observed how the soldiers were treating the people, he noticed that anyone who was carrying anything that could be suspicious were made to stand separate and two more soldiers were made to question that line and if there were found out to be lying then they used a device which Rudra had made a device with the help of magic which told whether a person was a spy or not if yes then they were killed on spot . People can think this is very cruel but when spies enter your kingdom and leak information your kingdom is the one which could danger the safety of innocent people who trust Rudra to keep them safe.
Soon Karn was able to cross the checking and enter the kingdom the beauty of the kingdom enchanted him, the roads were all clean and uniform and the sides of the roads had trees planted, their was no sign of poverty in kingdom. Joy radiated from people's faces, the kingdom had orphanages and old age homes which was maintained well the temples were used as school that was one of the method to abolish caste system as it was a must for every single child in the kingdom to attend schools and the teachers were ordered to treat all students equal for that soldiers were appointed to supervise that all teachings were happening without any discrimination. Women and Men divided their responsibilities, Women took care of the households while Men took care of the earning but both of them had treat each other equally and both of them must be educated, Widow remarriage was allowed and sati was abolished.
Everything seemed perfect but no kingdom is perfect even Rudra was his imperfect, but he rectified his mistakes before they could even spread, Karn soon reached the palace which stood tall and majestic just how it was supposed to be. Karn had to stop because the main gates of the palace were closed and their was only a small door made in the main gate for entery. He went
"Who are you and reason of visit," asked one of the soldier.

"To seek Justice you have to go to the west gates meant for common citizens so that they can get a direct access to the court," said The guard, just by glancing at karn the guard could tell that he was new arrival in the kingdom.
He called another guard and told the other guard to take Karn to the West Gates.
The other Guard leaded Karn to the West Gates. Since there were many issues that day Karn got to visit Rudra at a very quick pace.
On seeing Karn Rudra who was ready to dose off shooed away his sleep and sat upright.
"What is your problem Mahodhay" asked Maran one of the Ministers in the court.
"Mantri var I have an elder brother who is also my mentor and he is such an idiot mantri var I have no words to scold him, that human literally forgot that he had a student he must write a letter telling he is in single piece alive, but no he didnot even bother telling me that he is alive everyday I used to wake up with a question whether he is alive or dead, " complained Karn, everyone in the court were shocked at his complain while Rudra was sweating slightly he never knew that he was so clingy and possessive. Already Charan and Ira used to eat his head now a new addition, great just great.
"Recently I recieved you know this small letter stating Come to Vallabhi," said Karn as he joined his fingers to show the size of the letter.
"So the main issue is that I must write to that mentor of mine every week atleast once with a detailed explaination and it must atleast 7 pages, that mahapursh won't reply and just send an bird to collect the letter," karn said in a annoyed tone remembering all the times he wrote a seven page letter.
"Mohdhay calm down this is your family issue please slove it among yourselves, " said Rama the Prime minister.
"I want justice, I want the King to punish my mentor," said Karn
Seeing Karn's stubborness Rama went near the throne and told.
"Maharaj, this man is very stubborn just ask him what punishment he wants to give his brother and announce it, " said Rama to Rudra who glaring draggers at Karn whike Karn had a smug look on his face.
"How do you want to punish your brother Mahodhay," asked Rama.
"Hmmm.... I want him to 1000 situps while telling me 1000 sorry or better punishment is he has to get married, I will let him chose that," said Karn, Rudra who heard this looked like he wanted the earth to swallow him while the other ministers were laughing among themselves.
Ira who had just entered the court saw Karn and immediatley identified him because of his kundals she immediatley ran towards him and smacked his head.
"Woman, you won't change right is this how you greet your childhood friend," questioned Karn with a glare. While Rudra had a 1000 watts smile on his face.
"The same childhood friend who forgot he had a friend also now come with me Shon has already arrived and is enjoying all of Radha maa's pampering, " this made Karn fume in jealousy he left the couet with Karn while telling Ira how he was not going to spare Shon.
"What jusr happened" all the people in the court where just blinking their eyes in suprise.
"The court is dismissed for the day forget about the incidents that took place and go home," Rudra ordered while making the courtiers even more confused but they just obeyed him and left.
Rudra made his way to the kitchen to see Karn enjoying all of Radha ma's pampering while shon was whinning how Radha was partial and noone loves him this scene just warmed his heart. He told one of the maids to call Radhika as she was also family and he wanted to see his younger self bomd with her.
