WHAT WORD COULDDESCRIBE (name)'s feeling of...well, he can't find the words: He didn't blink once since hearing Katsuki's confession that can't possibly be misconstrued to mean anything else.
"...what?" Is all he stupidly stuttered. His response broke Katsuki out of his trance and he seemed to have realized everything that happened among them in a span of seconds. He shoved (name) away from his so hard (name) fell out of his chair. "Ow! Katsuki―"
"G― go away!" Katsuki threw his blanket over his entire body. Based on the light mist rising where his head is, it's obvious he was blushing beneath the covers. "J― just leave me alone, okay?! P― pretend I didn't say anything!" (name) frowned as he caught a slight crack when Katsuki desperately yelled at him to go away.
Noticeably, (name) consumed some discomfort discovering his cousin/adoptive-brother loves loves him...
So what is he to even think of...everything?
To be completely honest, though, he had the sliiiightest suspicion there was something going on with Katsuki in terms of his feelings that appeared a few months ago; (name) speculated there's a second, secret, reason why Katsuki's protectiveness went far from what a sibling would do ― why Katsuki becomes jealous if (name) formed other relationships.
(name) brushing off these theories was apposite. Katsuki's touchiness is because they're close, he doesn't mind (name) in his personal space, and Katsuki is genuinely worried (name) might get abandoned by someone he cared about. Really, it was a single idea (name) comprehended wholly, explaining their comparable sibling relationship other found stranger than most brother/brother familial connections.
Not to mention, who would normally assume a close family member would have "deeper" feelings for them?
Of course, the present blatantly proves otherwise.
(name) is forced to realize the truth.
For whatever reason, he is in that scenario.
Obviously, it's a shocker learning your adoptive brother who treated you like a true blood-related relative loves you romantically, no objection there. Anger, betrayal, disgust ― not an ounce dripped inside him.
But it's only right (on so many levels) to not ignore the irreversible confession disclosed.
"Katsuki," he tugged the blanket softly, "will you please look at me?"
No response.
"Katsuki―"
"I said go away! I― I...I already know you like th― that bastard Deku anyways!"
