it was raining, enough to shower someone top to bottom.

jisung looked out of his window with a frown not liking the weather. "why does it have to rain at this time?" he mumbled to himself and opened his drawer, where he put his umbrella.

he took it out and walked downstairs, leaving his school bag's strap on his shoulders. he noticed his mom sitting in the living room, tv playing in front of her.

walking toward the fridge, he took out an energy drink and started sipping on it. "mom, im leaving for school" he told her and left the house, without getting a reply.

they used to have a happy family. he had a loving mom, a caring dad and a older sister to cat fight with. but a tragic story changed everything. it hurt the hans so much. his mom, being a fragile woman, completely changed her heart. she decided to never find happiness in anything. she didn't even think if this overall decision could hurt jisung to the core or worse.

jisung hated her for that. for neglecting his own children.

his older sister was 13 years older than him who was already married and had 2 kids. she was the one to take care of jisung when he needed someone beside him.

unlike mrs. han jisung thought it's better to not let anything make him feel any less. maybe it was because the affection he got from his sister and her husband or maybe he had always been a strong character. he tried everyday to cheer his mom up, till now he's trying his best to not give up.

so many thoughts flooded his mind as he walked down the street, holding the umbrella over his head. he hated things that would bring him negativity, including the rain and mrs. han.

he went straight to heesung's classroom. as soon he found his best friend he ran up to him and plopped down right beside him, pushing someone aside, who he didn't even know the name of.

"thought you'd skip because of the rain. what took you this long today?" heesung interrogated, resting his arm on jisung's shoulder. jisung was already busy drumming the desk with his bare hands.

"couldn't find my physics book" he stated through the noise.

"can't belive you're one of those high rankers" the younger shook his head "real rankers should act like minho and sunghoon" he added. even having just one class together with minho and sunghoon made heesung see their hard working and studious traits.

jisung stopped tapping his fingers on the desk and turned his head at heesung "real humans should never befriend someone like you, but did i complain? no, so keep shut"

heesung just shrugged with an evil grin on his lips "you shouldn't compare yourself as a human in the first place" soon he groaned, feeling a hit on his right leg.

the brown haired boy checked the clock, finding that only 5 minutes left before the first bell. so he got up and dusted off his pants "if we are actually talking about should and shouldn't then you should 100% dye your hair something else" he pointed at heesung.

the taller confusedly got ahold of his blonde strands, funnily trying to peek at his bangs "what's wrong with them?"

"i don't want to see you having the same hair like that park guy." he said before back walking to the door. "immature ass" he heard heesung and flicked him off, then turning back to hurry to his class.

the first class ended soon with some people studying alone, gossiping with others or annoying others added by some laughs, murmurs and groans.

everyone became that polite kid everyone admired as soon as the teacher entered the classroom. they had to pretend for their mark's sake.

"it's been raining since morning and honestly i don't have the mood to lecture today" the teacher said, comfortably sitting on his chair. "did you all become friends? tell me who you already made friends with" he crossed his arms behind his head, leaning slightly backwards on the chair.

everyone looked at each others face, not knowing how to reply.

"you go first" he pointed at changbin by raising his eyebrows.

"uh- well i have friends from my previous school" he answered, looking back at his friends.

the teacher asked everyone individually, not sparing anyone. after couple of students it was minho's turn and he couldn't just say that he made a total of zero friends.

"sunghoon and junhui" sunghoon being the first one to take minho's name as a friend made minho think it'd be okay to take his name too. adding junhui who turned his head to minho with the softest smile ever. the teacher nodded.

junhui would talk to minho in their computer classes. talk about his queries and help each other.

jisung playfully frowned, that got unnoticed by the older beside him. "you?" the teacher asked jisung.

"only minho" that 'only' part made minho sigh. why did he have to make it sound like that? he brushed the thought off by shaking his head while jisung was already looking at him with a mischievous smile plastered on his lips.

the chit chat ended. students were already talking about things they had left off before the teacher came. seemed like the teacher was in a good mood. or was he?

he cleared his throat to get everyone's attention back on him. "i've found some math questions that you have to solve with trigonometric formulas. they're kinda from expert levels but im sure if you try, you can solve them." he got up from his chair, ready to leave after giving the bad news. "i will send them in our official group chat. don't forget to bring them next friday" great, only 7 days.

ignoring all those unhappy noises he left the classroom.

next periods flew by quickly, bell rang to indicate the lunch break. jisung was ready to shot his last sentence to annoy minho and leave the classroom to find his bestie.

but before he could, there was another voice. "hey, minho" jake greeted, stepping in front of minho's desk. the urge to face palm himself was unmeasurable but minho held it well. jisung eyed both of them, utterly confused.

"i really hope you didn't mind me msging you things unrelated to studies, but i was ju-" he got cut short by jisung, who was already on his feet, eyes widened.

"wait- you have his number?" he nearly shouted, still in disbelief.

the perfect time for minho to face palm. and he did.

jisung totally ignored minho's annoyance.

"yeah, i go-" jake was again stopped mid sentence.

"we've been talking for like more than a month yet you always act like an asshole to me but you had a talk with him just once and you already exchanged numbers?huh?" he turned his head at minho, with his index pointed out at him.

minho wanted this to happen the least. he was bothered enough to get up and leave the classroom but before he could take a step jisung held his arm, making him halt.

"speak up" the younger voiced out, looking at minho sternly.

minho being how he was pushed jisung's hand off of him "goddamn take the hint that im starting to hate you at this point" he growled before leaving both of them behind.

soon jisung stomped out of the classroom to find his bestie and rant his heart out.

jake also went back to his seat, unsure what to do now. suddenly he heard the notification sound from his phone. he took it out and checked it.

you've been blocked by minho.
