minho was scrolling through his phone screen, all those msgs bore him. he left them unread and opened the new app that he recently installed, named 'quora'.
he was checking the functions but then he heard the knock on the door. he prayed inside his mind for the person to not be niki.
he threw his phone on the bed and went up to open the door. to his surprise, it was someone he didn't expect.
he kept looking at him, holding the door open.
'what was his name again? sam jake? sim jake? shim jake?' minho thought.
"i came here to meet jisung" the person smiled shortly, spinning his phone with both hands.
of course, he was.
minho opened the door wide, silently asking the guy to get inside.
he pointed at the other door with his thumb "he is in the washroom" he informed and walked to the couch.
jake followed him behind, quietly. he was such a polite guy.
minho sat on the couch "why suddenly?" he was curious cause it was really out of the blue.
the way jisung used to talk to him, it seemed like jake would never dare to show up in front of his dorm room. but here they were.
"i just wanted to check on him if he is alright" jake replied while sitting down beside the elder.
minho's brows narrowed "what do you mean?"
jake was also surprised to find out that minho didn't know. he thought he would've explained to his roommate about that day's incident since he was bleeding pretty heavily.
or maybe he went to heesung's house?
he thought about respecting jisung's decision and to not give details about that day "well that day he was bleeding and he refused to get my help so i thought about checking on him" he went on "i wanted to check on him yesterday but he didn't show up so yeah" he concluded, checking the time on his phone.
oh.
minho just found out jake was also present that day. it made him more curious, he wanted to know exactly what happened that day and who did that to jisung.
it's better to get to the topic slowly.
minho was still looking at him "why didn't you talk to him at school?" he shot his next question.
the younger shrugged his shoulders "i didn't get a chance" he honestly replied.
jake knew it'd have made jisung mad if he brought the topic in front of others. and also jisung was never alone that day, always around minho and not to mention jeongin was sitting right behind him.
it's better not to make a scene on that topic.
before minho could open his mouth to ask the other question, the sound of the door opening made both of them look around.
