Nova continues to fly around the city, blasting apart the necrocraft until he comes face to face with Rocket in his ship.

"Are you with the Ravagers?" Nova simply asks the raccoon.

"For the time being." Rocket replies.

"Then consider us allies. For the time being." Y/N says with a small smirk.

"Listen nova boy if we're done talking I think some friends of mine could use your help. They're on the ship going after Ronan."

"Then they're as good as dead."

"All the more reason for you to be there tin can. Ain't you nova supposed to be some sort of protectors." Rocket tells him.

"Keep my people safe and i'll do the same for your friends."

"What are you waiting for. Go." Rocket tells him.

Y/N flies away from Rocket and in the direction of Ronan's ship, ready to meet the tyrant head on.

Back with Rocket he is trying to reach Peter Quill in order update him on the situation outside in the city.

"Quill, you gotta hurry. The city's been evacuated, but we're getting our asses kicked down here."

On the Dark Astor, Peter continues to fight off Ronan's men as he makes his way to the bridge

"Gamora hasn't opened the door!"He yells back.

At the same time Gamora and Nebula continue to battle it out. Gamora manages to kick Nebula which throws her off the side of the ship, out of a hoke that was created in the side.

Her arm catches a piece of rubble sticking out and as she hangs off the edge, Gamora goes to help her.

"Nebula! Sister, help us fight Ronan. You know he's crazy!" She pleads with her.

"I know you're both crazy." Nebula says as she cuts off her own hand and falls from the ship.

"No!" Gamora screams in desperation.

Luckily Nebula lands on a Ravager ship and smashes the window.

Surprised by her sudden entrance, the Ravager yells out, "What the...?"

"Get out!" She yells as she throws the Ravager pilot off the ship.

Finally Gamora is able to open the bridge's door and she along with Peter, Drax and Groot enter the flight deck.

Peter immediately shoots Ronan with Rocket's super cannon before he can make a move.

As the smoke clears away it seems that Ronan had been killed, once and for all.

"You did it!" Drax exclaims.

Suddenly Ronan rises and uses the power of his warhammer to throw the group aside. Drax rushes towards Ronan but Ronan grabs him by the throat and holds him up.

"I was mistaken, I do remember your family. Their screams were pitiful. I..."

Suddenly Y/N crashes through the window of the flight deck, tackling Ronan to the ground and unknowingly knocking Drax out.

"The hell!?!" Quill yells, shock written across his face as Nova stands from the dust.

Seconds later Ronan stands back up, anger coursing through him, "You have nerve, boy."

"Shouldn't have attacked my planet, accuser."

"Those who defy the will of Thanos face the consequences. You know this well."
