"WHAT IS IT" he yelled back, clearly annoyed at his sister for yelling so loud in front of him.

"So guess who's gonna go ice skating at the mall"

"WHAT NO WAY I WANNA COME TOO"

"HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH NOPE YOURE STAYING HOME ALL ALONE WHILE I GO OUT WITH MY GIRLFRIEND"

"Joelle, please just take your brother. It would be nice for him to go out with you so you both can have a nice sibling bonding time!" Their mother said from the kitchen.

"But mom-" they say at the same time.

"No buts, you both are going together! Come on now!"

"Ugh fine." with a tone of annoyance in their voices.

"Ooh look, your boyfriend's here!" Joelle exclaimed excitedly, pointing to Owen who was just across the rink.

"What how is he here?"

Suddenly the boy saw his crush skating across the rink, coming closer to him. Just then a red tint spread across his face.

"Jon? You're here too?" he said with a slightly confused look on his face.

"Y-yeah..wait who's that behind you?" Jonathan said pointing to a smaller girl just behind Owen.

"Oh, that's just my little sister. Haven't I told you before?"

"Oh right... I forgor 💀💀"

"You old ass grandpa.." he whispered to himself.

"What was that?"

"Oh nothing"

"Wow, didn't know you skated so well" Owen giggled, looking at the boy in front of him horribly falling at keeping his balance.

"Haha very funny. Couldn't say the same to you." he narrowed his eyes at him, grimacing.

"Oh yeah? Well take a look at this," he smirked, gliding across the rink and then proceeding to spin on his foot AND land a quad.

"Since when did you learn to do this..." his mouth agape, staring at the boy in disbelief.

"Oh well. Just a bit of practice." he smiled.

Bonus: Joelle and her gf <3 (+ a bit of Chloe (her gf's) little brother)

"Chloe! Hi there!" she excitedly calls out to her and then kisses her on the cheek, smiling."

"Hi babe, I missed you." she smiled back.

"So wanna spy on those two lovebirds together?"

"Sure."

"Ew gay." A monotonous voice said.

"AAH WHAT THE FUCK" she jumped up in surprise, veering around to the source of the voice.

It was Howie, Chloe's little brother.

"Oh, it was you. Don't go around sneaking up on people like that you bastard!" she said angrily at him.

"Also before you call us gay, take a look at yourself and your classmate Jae. You two are the cheesiest people ever." Chloe said while calming down her girlfriend.

"WE ARE NOT TOGETHER YOU BITCH" he shouted as he just stormed off.

"Well he's a bit grumpy today," said Joelle.

"He sure is," Chloe responded, slightly laughing at the reaction.

(Howie's POV)

"Stupid girls.. I do not like Jae. I'm not gay at all. Wait maybe I am?" he pondered to himself, questioning his sexuality along with his relationship with his best friend.
