Thirty

Later that night Jesse was up and started to record a cover of Thunderstruck By AC/DC whilst filming a music video for it also in her small studio upstairs connected to her room. She set up a film projector with a white sheet over a wall in front of it and then put an orange color over the film projector to make it more cooler. She recorded many bits of her singing, playing instruments, and of the film that was playing in the back of her.

A minute later Jesse was sitting at her desk producing her a bit of song when the door opened behind her. She turned seeing Ryan in the doorway looking at her.

"Hey" she says and then turns back to doing her work. "What are you doing?" Ryan says half awake. "Just up I wanted to record a song cause why not I'm bored" Jesse replies.

"That's accurate" Ryan says wrapping the blanket that he had wrapped around his shoulders more over his body covering himself. He walked over to Jesse and sat down to the empty seat next to her as he rubs his eyes. Jesse looks at her boyfriend and chuckles.

"You know you can go back to sleep I'm just doing boring editing" Jesse says going back to the computer. "No I'm fine I'm awake now I was wondering where you were you did that by yourself?" Ryan asks referring the black makeup that was across from her eyes to her temples.

"Yeah I did and I did the setup too" Jesse says making Ryan nod. "Cool you need any of my help?" Ryan asks shrugging off the blanket and grabbing the guitar putting it over himself and playing with the strings.

"Uh possibly maybe just a couple more shots of me and then will be good!" Jesse says spinning around in her chair facing Ryan seeing him play with the guitar. She smiles seeing how focus he was playing in his own little world.

She gets up going behind him and wrapping her arms around his waist pulling him close. Ryan looks back at her with a smile.

"Well this is romantic" Jesse says breaking the silence. Ryan chuckles putting his hands down grabbing Jesse's and putting them on the guitar with his on top of her hands.

Jesse placed her hands on the fret board and on the pickup grabbing the pick from Ryan's hand. She let's out a chord and strums it as she leans her head on Ryan's collarbone.

"Well this'll be a good video to do for TikTok" Ryan blurts out. Jesse looks over at him. "You think so?" Jesse asks. "Yeah why not what's there to do right now" Ryan says.

"Ok let's do it then my phone's right there" Jesse says. Ryan grabs her phone from the desk and opens the app setting it up. They positioned themselves even though it was easy based off of them both being the same height.

Jesse started to play 'Welcome to the jungle' By Guns and Roses as it was the first thing that came to mind. She played on the guitar swaying as Ryan placed his hands on her arms as he swayed along also with a smile.

The video stopped making Jesse pulled away and grab her phone. She types as a caption: "When your boyfriend wants you to play guitar while he's wearing it" and then posted it with a grin.

"Alright I need to finish this" Jesse says putting her phone down, sitting back on her chair back to recording the song. Ryan sits back and watches Jesse do her job. He later on helps her record more shots of her until she finally finished. Jesse sends the video file for Sean to edit to and leans back in her chair. Ryan walks over and puts his hands on her shoulders and then leaning his head on the crook of her neck.

"Ok it's done" Jesse says kissing Ryan's temple and leaning her head on his. Ryan hums in response as he trails his fingers on her tattoos on her arm. "Come on let's go lay back down" Jesse says getting up, turning everything off and walking with Ryan to her room. She goes into her bathroom grabbing her makeup remover and getting rid of the eye makeup on her face. Ryan lays back down on the bed going under the blankets and grabs his phone on the nightstand and scrolls through it.

Jesse finishes and cleans up throwing stuff away and then walking out of the bathroom. She removes her jeans and puts on sweats and then climbs into bed turning off the main lights but keeping her stringed lights on.

"Looks like we're already getting a lot of views on the TikTok we did" Jesse chuckles looking at her phone seeing there's already many likes and comments on the video. Ryan smiles looking over her shoulder seeing as she was right.

"TikTok is for sure gonna work for us were already getting many views and likes on our band account and it's only been a day" Ryan says.

Jesse turns and looks at him putting her phone down. "Guess we're gonna have to see what the future holds" Jesse says. Ryan turns looking at her and smiles. "Your right we have many things to do tomorrow so let's get some rest" Ryan says scooting closer to Jesse wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close.

Jesse immediately falls asleep in his arms. Ryan looks down at her and smiles. Kissing her head he crashes also as he closes his eyes.
