February 14th 2023 year 17 and still alone. It angers me to see all these happy couples walking around with their stupid gifts and their stupid teddy bears , flowers and chocolate. I hate this day such a stupid waste of a holiday. And now I have to go to 6th period for statistics with that annoying teacher and on top of that we have a test of course. But that's not the only reason I dread going to that class. Every time I enter that class I am forced to see Jino and his annoying friends Emmanuel and Kareem. They never shut up. You may be wondering why I am so bothered by him but it's complicated.
Jino's POV
On my way to 6th period I do not want to be in this dusty a** school bruh "thank you bae I loveee ittt thank you" a random girl yells in the middle of the hallway "yeah you know I had too show out" a boy responds to her they shamelessly start making out. Ew get a room, I say in my head. I walk faster to avoid that annoying couple like who just stops in the middle of the hallway to kiss (eye roll) . I hate Valentine's Day. It's just another day to remind me how alone I am and how annoying people are. I arrive at my destination and enter my favorite class. This should cheer me up. I greet my teacher "good afternoon Mrs.O" "good afternoon Jino" she responds. I turn in my homework in the turn in bin as soon as I enter and grab a calculator and take my seat I'm pretty early I always am so I get the best seat in the house "brooooo what's poppin" Emmanuel yells while entering the classroom he walks up and we dap each other up he sits next to me "nothing bro what's going on " "mannnnn nun special" he responds. "You ready for this test ?" I ask "there's a test ? " he asks shockingly "yes there is' ' I laugh. "Bruhh I am not in the mood for no test. I shoulda stayed home" he laughs back. We continue talking and joking. " hi Ms O , how are you doing " " hello dess I'm doing good how are you" "I'm doing good" she walks to her seat that's 2 seats to the front left of me. "So you not gon say hi" Emmanuel yells to her. She turns around, looks at us both up and down and rolls her eyes. "Not you being rude during Valentine's Day" Emmanuel responds and I laugh "boy shut up" she responds. "Okay class we will be taking the probability unit test today please put your backpacks and all belongings in front of the class and leave your desk clear with only a pencil on it and feel free to turn in your homework in the homework bin while your up here" the class gets up following ms I'd instructions but I made it my mission to also take a stop at dess's desk "hey you look amazing hope your enjoying your day" I whisper to her "thank you I am" she responds then I return back to my desk and I can't help but smirk.
Dess POV
(bell rings) I turn in my test and say "bye ms O see you tomorrow" I grab my things and leave the class and immediately grab my phone
Me: y'all will not believe what just happened during 6th
Kay: girl what?
Asia:👀
Momo: ????
Me: jino gon come up to me and say that I look good then say that he hopes I enjoy my day
Asia: oh purrrr
Kay: he wants you Fr 😍
Momo: ooop , and what did you say ?
Me: I just said thank you nothing much
Kay: yasss now when's the wedding?
Me: girl bye
Momo:😂😂😂
Asia: we're in the LTA room come
