"reki!" you called from your room. everyone was on summer break now so shadow — after lots of convincing (gaslighting) — agreed to take you, reki, langa, and miya to miyakojima. miya also said that the place was know for the hotsprings that miraculously healed injuries and reki's arm was still broken.

"what!?" reki yelled back. you both were supposed to be packing for the trip.

"can we go to the mall? i need a new swimsuit!" you asked.

reki walked into the room, "you got money?" he asked.

you rolled your eyes. "yes i have money, i just need someone to go with me."

reki sighed. "alright, get dressed. i'll take you to the mall, but you gotta go to the skate shop in the mall with me."

"you literally work in a skate shop, why do we have to go to the one at the mall?" you said while you walked to your closet to get some clothes to change into.

"do you wanna go to the mall or not?"

"alright, damn."

"i'm ready," you announced while you walked to the kitchen. you were wearing the hoodie you got from miya. he let you keep it after the sleep over, as well as the sweats but you usually just wore those as pajamas. you also had on some flare jeans (i love flare jeans sm but if you don't like em just imagine sum else) and a small purse with your money, phone, headphones, and other stuff like chapstick and lotion.

reki was sitting on the couch on his phone waiting for you. "alright lets go- hey when'd you get that hoodie?" reki asked

"oh, i got it from miya the other day when i slept over." you informed him.

"huh?! you slept over?! at a boy's house!"

"um yeah. i told you that, plus it was just miya. i don't know what you're yelling about." you said as you walked passed him to get your shoes on. "now can we go?"

"i- yea, lets go." reki said, dropping the topic.

you and reki both found swim suits that you liked. reki found some swim trucks that were navy and had red flowers on them. you also found some blank board decks at the skate shop that you and reki could paint later.
