Form name & how they perform in battle:

First Form: Flaming Wheel (Ichi No Kata: Honō no wa) Hashiba runs at the enemy as one of her axes becomes engulfed in black flames and as she jumps up then spins in a circle to decapitate the enemy's head

Second Form: To Hell and Back (Ni No Kata: Jigoku e to modoru) Hashiba runs around the enemy while she throws both her axes that become engulfed in black flames and sends multiple slashes towards the enemy before decapitating the head

Third Form: Explosive Black Flame (San No Kata: Bakuhatsu suru kurohomura) Similar to the Eighth form of Beast Breathing (Explosive Rush)
Hashiba charges towards her opponent at blinding speeds, ignoring all incoming attacks, as one of her axes is thrown at the opponent's head, engulfed by black flames which'll slice the head clean off.

Fourth Form: Fuming Gas (Shi No Kata: Hatsuen Gasu)
Hashiba's Axes send out a toxicating gas that would spread into a 40 feet range of the user and the enemy as the enemy would inhale the gas and would get dizzy and sick leaving the user an opening for the user to decapitate the head, only when using this form

Fifth Form: Internal Flame (Go No Kata: Naibu furēmu) Hashiba slams her dual axes into the ground as flames arose from the ground and surround the enemy making them burn to death in a slow and painful way

Sixth Form: Black Dragon (Roku No Kata: Kuroi Ryū) Hashiba's axes are engulf in flames as they take form of a black dragon as she runs towards the enemy with lightning speed and slashes the enemy's arms off

Seventh Form: Sinistrous Cutting (Shichi no kata: Fukitsuna setsudan) Hashiba slashes both of her axes with great speed to increase momentum. This form creates a devastating combination that increases in power the longer it's used.

Eighth Form: Black Vermilion (Hachi No Kata: Kuroshu)
Hashiba slashes both her axes downwards, angling the slashes as she continues. The blades of the axes start from above her, both at one point and then sweep down and outwards away from each other.

Ninth Form: Equinoctial Flames (Ku No Kata: Shunbun no honō) Hashiba performs multiple slashes in every direction while suspended midair to violently rip and slash apart whatever makes contact with her axe's blades.

Tenth Form: Scorching Path (Jū no kata: Shakunetsu no michi) Hashiba gathers up her speed and dashes towards the opponent recklessly, uprooting the ground as she travels. She then unleashes several powerful slashes to vital areas (Such as the neck, torso, chest, heart, etc.) to wound and burn the opponent.

Eleventh Form: Revenge Of The Fallen (Jū Ichi no kata:Daraku-sha no fukushū) Hashiba creates a huge amount of flames on her axes blades and slashes vigorously in front of herself to create multiple crescent-shaped waves of flame that travel through the air and scorch any enemies near them almost instantly.

Twelfth Form: Duality of the Dark Flame ( Jū Ni No Kata: Dākufureimu no nijū-sei) The final and most powerful form, Hashiba leaps into the air, while midair, she throws one of her axes in a fashion similar to that of a boomerang while the blade is coated in black flame to create a traveling weapon, this burns any enemies that in front of her and in her peripheral vision as the blade comes back into her hand once it returns.
