Smoke fogs up the sky, a mix of orange and gray. Thunder could heard from above. Sandy's boat sails out back to sea from the Flaming Mountains. The rest of the gang mourns for the loss of MK, who attempted to fight off Princess Iron Fan. The memory of him being flung off into the far reaches where they can't get him back, was one they'd all liked to forget.
Pigsy bends over the ship's railings, feeling guilty and angry. "He can't be gone. He can't..." He mumbles in denial, closing his eyes shut tight. Sandy puts a hand on his shoulder to console him. "I'm sorry, Pigsy..." He says, sorrowful.
"There was nothing we could do." Tang said gravely, and Pigsy and Sandy looked back at him.
"Nothing? Nothing!?" Pigsy repeats in disbelief and stares at the scholar with fury. He marches over to Tang and grabs him by the scarf, glaring at him on the verge of tears. "I could'a done something! I could'a, I should have protected MK!" He yells, but Tang doesn't comment. Pigsy sighs and lets go of Tang, dipping his head down in despair. "It's over."
"It's not." (Y/N) speaks. Her eyes were not in their usual merry shine, but rather dull and tired. Tear streaks are visible on her cheeks. She pushes back loose locks of hair and straightens her composure. "MK may be gone," They paused, almost about to cry at the mention of the boy. They push down the melancholy feeling and forces out the rest of the sentence. "But we need to continue our journey. It's what he would have wanted."
Tang nods at their words. "(Y/N)'s right." Pigsy looks back up at him. "We can't help MK. But we can make sure no more lives are lost. Make sure his sacrifice wasn't in vain." Pigsy adverts his eyes in doubt. Sandy and (Y/N) come by on either side of him to comfort the pig.
"Someone has to fight." Mei says from the far end of the boat. "Mei?" Pigsy asked in a worry. Mei wipes off her tears and turns around sharply with her gaze shadowed. "That demon bully is going to," A green lightning in the shape of a fearsome dragon appears for a split second as Mei smiles brightly. "Pay."
"Then what are we waiting for?" Sandy said, bringing everyone in a group hug before letting them go. "Let's go stop some bad guys!" The gang poses in determination. Pigsy and Mei fist-bumping each other.
(Y/N) forms a small smile, the assurance that everything will be okay in the end brings comfort to her. She gazes at the sky, still clinging on to some hope that MK is alright.
'MK, wherever you are, please...be careful.'

Back in Megapolis city, DBK had become ten times stronger than he was before, now wielding the power of the staff that was held within him. He lay waste to the city, destroying everything and everyone that stood in his way. The place was left with nothing more but shambles. Bull clones were let out on the paths the demon king made and they too made more chaos for the citizens. They laughed maniacally, but stopped when they heard a distant roaring noise.
What could it be? Another demon? A monster?
No.
The bull clones yelped in surprise as none other than Pigsy's noodle truck came through and threw the robots away!
However in the driver's seat, everyone was screaming in panic as they raced through the canyon. A bull clone was targeting their every move and it released several canisters to block the crew's path.
"Oh no! Their secret weapon! Barrels!" Tang yelled. Pigsy tried to dodge them as the barrels exploded in a attempt to destroy them. The last barrel was able to blow up the vehicle, but the gang had escaped the last moment before being turned into little bits. That poor bull clone never stood a chance.
