Writing His Own Beginning (Slow Progress)

Afterwards

After preparing for the show, Chica, Freddy, Monty, and Roxy walked towards the underground elevator that would lead them to the stage. Monty was extremely nervous standing next to Freddy, whose eyes were still red and puffy from crying earlier. It was an awkward silence for awhile until Monty whispered something toward Roxy.

"Shouldn't we cancel the show?" Monty asked her. She looked at Monty and then at Freddy. Freddy didn't look great, but she knew Freddy wasn't going to cancel the show for anything. "We can't; besides, there are already people here; we can't disappoint the kids." She whispered back, making Freddy's ear twitch as they finally made it to the surface.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls,"

"Let's get this over with." Freddy muttered to the others.

"Get ready for the one and only Freddy Fazbear!" The announcer shouted as the children and adults cheered. Freddy smiled and jumped towards his microphone as the others jumped alone beside him, except for Monty, who was surprised to see Freddy's mood change rather quickly.

Freddy started singing while dancing with his friends. Monty was at a loss for words for the short bear; he got to see that happy, fun side of him. Freddy glanced at Monty, who was just standing there.

'What the hell is he just standing there for? Didn't he learn anything from practice?' Freddy thought as he faked a smile, and despite how pissed he was at the gator's "stage fright," Freddy pulled him in with the rest of the group.

Monty blushed at this and began to play with the others; the kids and adults were confused about this new band member, but cheered for him anyways. He somehow managed to slip on Bonnie's sunglasses during the dancing, he was flawless with his bass guitar, he didn't even have all these programs in his systems before, but it made him happy for the first time with the rest of the band.

Freddy on the other hand was pissed that all the adults and children were praising this gator, have they already forgotten Bonnie? How could they not miss him.

"HOW CAN YOU ALL-?!"
Freddy shouted in the microphone, hurting everyones ears in the process of the terrible frequency.
The band members winced at the noise and watched Freddy in disbelief. He had never done this before and it was scary.
Freddy blinked and blushed at his sudden outburst, he didn't know what to do or what to say.
Monty suddenly stepped up and took the mic from Freddy, they looked at each of a split second before Monty began to make up a song.

"How can you all see the light I wear...
I'm nothing but cold, dark with despair
Fake smiles and laughter everywhere

Shiny throw my heartless eyes

And yet you desert me

Monty sung, very nervous that Freddy was going to attack him or at least yell at him.

"What are you trying to prove?
My heart is just too dark for you

So go and desert me

Freddy looked at Monty then as the crowd and as the gator continued making up the rest of the song as Roxy and Chica joined in.
