Monty stopped before looking around; he was near his golf attraction. He sniffed and ran in, making his way to his cat walk. He sat down, wiping his tears away. "Why does he hate me so much? I didn't do anything wrong! I didn't kill his friend." Monty paused at his sentence. 'What if he told Freddy the truth? No he wouldn't believe it.'

Monty pulled out the sunglasses Bonnie gave him. He looked at them before throwing them somewhere in the golf attraction.

"Monty! There you are, I've been looking for you since the show. It's about your room an- are you crying?" Vanessa asked after a long day of searching for Monty, only to see the tough gator crying. Monty glanced at her and looked away in shame. He hated to cry and rarely did, Vanessa knew something was seriously wrong.

"Talk to me." She muttered and sat next to Monty who sighed.

"I-I don't wanna be in the band anymore, I quit.. I don't belong there." Monty sniffled, new tears began to form from his eyes.

"It's Freddy, isn't it?"

Without warning Monty sobbed out in pain his 'heart' felt. "W-why d-did this...nnnh..happen to me! HE FUCKING HATES ME AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF BONNIE! BONNIE WAS WRONG...I can't be l-like them." Monty screamed in anger and sadness, slamming his fist on the floor of the catwalk making a loud noise and forced a dent in it.
He hated himself, if he didn't attack Bonnie after Bonnie attacked him first he wouldn't be hated by Freddy and still could have been friends with Bonnie.

Maybe even Freddy.

"Freddy will never accept you, he sees you as the monster that took away his lover,"
Monty flinched at that, they were together..and he took that away.
"If you like I will pull you out of the band, if you ever change your mind, call for me."

"Okay.." He muttered, Vanessa sighed and smiled slightly. "I'll get the S.T.A.F.F bots to clean your green room, maybe the news will make him realize how much he really needs you." She said before leaving, Monty doubt Freddy would miss him in the band, it wasn't like he been there for that long.

Freddy was walking around the Pizzaplex with his head down, he felt miserable, he forced him programming back to verbally attack Monty and now he felt very guilty about it. "Come on Freddy, Monty deserved it, he took Bonnie away from you!" Sighing Freddy ran his hand through his furry hair. "But you saw him cry, does that look like someone who killed Bonnie?" He groaned confused with his own thoughts.

"What if he DIDN'T do it? Yet you decided to jump to conclusions." He spoke out loud till Vanessa found him.

"Freddy, there you are! I have some good news for you." Vanessa smiled at the big bear who was surprised to see her, did she hear his ranting?

"Officer Vanessa, what's the good news? Did Bonnie return?!" Freddy asked exactly hoping that's were the conversation was going.

"Ye-what? No, he's not returning, it's about Monty."

This made Freddy grimace. "What did he do this time?"

"Well he's leaving the band for good, he decided he wasn't fit to be there."

"B-but then we won't have a bassist to play with us."

"So what? You're the one that didn't want him there to begin with, so why are you concerned about it? It's not like you cared for Monty, right?" She questioned, Freddy remained silent for a moment before replying.

"As much as it hurts that Bonnie is gone, we NEED a bassist in the band! We need the stupid gator."

"But you don't want him Freddy."

"H-huh? What do you mean? I need him in the band, he needs to be there. Regardless of my feelings we need him...he's good at the bassist." Freddy muttered that last part looking at the floor. Vanessa sighed and patted Freddy's shoulder.

"Needing him, you basically said you just want to use him for the sake of your band, you see his as an object. Freddy, he's alive just like you, besides there's nothing I can do, it was Monty's choice to leave the band and unless you convince him otherwise, say goodbye to the only one that can play the bass." She said firmly before leaving Freddy speechless, he didn't want Monty there but he did need him, they all do.

It wasn't until Freddy saw Roxy entered Gator Golf, he decided to follow.

A few hours later Monty saw Roxy down below roaming around in his attention. He stayed quiet as Roxy seemed to be looking for him. "Monty! Come on out dude! Don't listen to him, he doesn't have a clue how great you are!" Roxy shouted looking around with her amazing eyes. She managed to glance up and spotted Monty watching her from above. He looked away from her, his tail twitched in anxiety.

"Jeez, Monty, Freddy sure is a jackass but his just in pain, he's scared to move on because he doesn't want people to forget, but he's punishing you in the process because you replaced Bonnie. To him people are already forgetting Bonnie." She spoke softly as Monty looked at her once again.

Freddy hid behind the cardboard cut out of him and his friends, plus the gator and listened in.

"I didn't mean to cause him or anyone else pain, I didn't know they were a thing...I can't handle his words, they hurt so much Roxy. I'm tired of being called a replacement or just have people compare me to Bonnie..we aren't the same." He sighed before leaving the cat walk to join Roxy on the floor.

Once he got there Roxy hugged him tightly. "You are so much more than a replacement Monty, you are you and everyone needs to accept it, if they like it or not, Bonnie isn't you." Monty trembled and hugged her back, they stood there for a few minutes till Chica jumped in on the hug. "Monty! I'm so happy your okay, right? You are okay?" Chica asked with a worried expression but smile once Monty smiled at her. "For now, yes."

Freddy knew what he had to do and he wasn't going to like it one bit.

"Then why leave the band?"

Monty flinched at the sudden question, especially from Freddy's voice. Roxy and Chica looked up at Freddy who revealed himself from his hiding spot.
"I-I hate to admit, but you are great at the bass just as good as Bonnie...maybe even better." Freddy muttered out the last part of his sentence and looked down at the ground.

Monty blushed at Freddy's words though he didn't hear what Freddy muttered about, he appreciated the words, Roxy raised her eyebrow at this, it felt suspicious.

"We need you in the band...I-I need you in the band, we can't play without you." Freddy looked directly into Monty's eyes in almost pleading matter.
Roxy understand what Freddy was trying to do and she hated it, it was a low move even for Freddy.
'He's just using him for the band! What a heartless son of a bitch.' Roxy thought and was about to say something to Monty but Chica caught her attention, shaking her head 'no'.
Chica wasn't the brightest one in the group but Roxy doubt that she knew Feddy was just lying.

"Is...is that ture Freddy? Do you truly want me to stay in the band? Do you truly believe I'm great at the bass?" Monty questioned wagging his tail a bit in anticipation as to if Freddy was true about his words.

Freddy slightly hesitated, holding back the urge to gag on his words. "O-of course! I r-really believe that you are very great...s-su-superstar!" Freddy tensed up violently, that word was only for Bonnie and the sweet children. Not for this dangerous gator!

Roxy and Chica gasped slightly at the fact that Freddy used Bonnie's favorite word, Roxy now knew how far Freddy would really go to lying just to keep the band from falling. She was ashamed in Freddy, but it looked like Monty bought his act.

"I'll stay in the band! For you guys! For you Freddy." Monty smiled, which giving Freddy an uneasy feeling.

"G-great!" Freddy forced, feeling Roxy's eye burn into him.
This was great indeed, right?
