NARRATOR POV
"Asahaki-Chan?"
"Ah..! Kochou-Chan?!?!"
"You two already know each other?" Mitsuri and Aoi asked as they held their cheeks in confusion
"Ah yes... Well I guess Tomioka-San is in your care now, Asahaki-Chan" Shinobu said as she plastered a smile onto her face.
---3 days has passed
"Greetings Kochou-chan!!" Asahaki greeted shinobu.
"Ara, Good morning. Asahaki-chan."
"Are you free right now Shinobu-Chan? If so, I would like to hang out with you!"
"Im actually free right now."
..
"So.. Kochou-Chan, How are you feeling?"
"Hmmm... I'm feeling alright I guess, I am glad I am already healed."
"Thats good to know!"
"How is Tomioka-San? I haven't been able to visit him."
"He's doing fine!"
"I see..."
"Uhh kochou-Chan.."
"Yes..?"
"May I ask if Tomioka-san is actually your husband?"
"....Ah, No he's not.. It was for the mission." Shinobu estated as the tip of her ears turned red.
"I see..!"
They were talking for a few more minutes until Aoi told them that the food was ready, They then went to eat.
After eating, Shinobu decided to visit tomioka.
As she went inside she saw mitsuri also visiting.
Mitsuri was patting iguros head
"Pfft.. Lovebirds" Shinobu thought as a smile formed onto her face. Her smile instantly faded when she saw tomioka, Still unconscious.
Shinobu walked towards him, Guilt took over her body when she saw him. She cannot take the sight of her unconscious friend, He was stuck in that miserable situation because of her.
She was staring at giyuu with guilt in her eyes, She was about to walk out of the room when she felt someone stopping her.
"I- YOU'RE AWAKE???"
Giyuu just nodded, Shinobu instantly started apologizing
"Im sorry! I'm sorry!"
"For what?"
Giyuu just looked at shinobu with pure confusion.
"I.. I got into your way... I'm sorry I was just a disturbance between the fight. I shouldn't have did that, It was truly reckless of me." Shinobu just quietly said while gripping her haori.
"Huh? What happened?" The poor Giyuu was still staring at shinobu confused why she was about to cry
Shinobu just ran out of the room, Sobbing.
"W-wait!" Giyuu chased after her ignoring the fact that he just woke up from his coma.
Asahaki saw the mess that was going.
"HALT! Where are you going you're not healed yet!! You just woke up." Asahaki exclaimed, Crossing her arms.
"I'm sorry, I have to go-" Giyuu started running after Shinobu again, Ignoring the doctor
"Kocho!! Wait!!--" Giyuu held her by the wrist and started panting. "I just woke up. Please enlighten me. Why are you crying?"
"I-i.." She sniffed and giyuu pulled her into a room.
"What happened?" He asked in a serious tone, Looking at her while wiping her tears.
He hugged her and assured her it okay. "It's not your fault, I'm alright now please don't cry." He said as he hugged her tightly.
She hugged him back and started explaining.
"That's up to much I can remember.." Shinobu said, Breaking the hug
"I see. That's more than enough I needed to hear." Giyuu said as he layed down into the bed
"Kocho.. I want you to take care of me until I'm fully healed. Can you do that for me?"
Shinobu smiled brightly at him "Of course. Shall we go back to your room now? You must be feeling tired." Shinobu offered a hand to get him up but she accidentally fell on top of him
"O-oh.. I'm sorry Tomioka-San.." Shinobu was about to stand up until Tomioka stopped her.
"Let's stay like this for a while.." Tomioka hugged shinobu.
Shinobu didn't utter a single word, She just started blushing, She then hugged him back.
"Tomioka san!! You're not healed ye---" ..... Asahaki instantly froze at what she had just witness "I'm sorry for disturbing, Pleas continue." She said as she closed the door
Shinobu was a blushing mess and stood up.
"Tomioka san! We should really go now." Shinobu smiled awkwardly, Giyuu also stood up and they started going to the other room.
They were greeted by mitsuri and iguro and they chatted for a while.
"I'm tired. I should rest" Giyuu said as he covered himself with a blanket
"You're just lazy" Iguro nagged
"Come on, Cut him some slack. He just woke up!" Mitsuri exclaimed as she giggled
"We should also rest." Shinobu genuinely smiled "Good night everyone."
Shinobu giggled and proceeds to go to her room and also rest.
