The start of it all

It was a dark night and stormy night in the U.S, as people wander around the city of England. As people were walking silently there, cicadas were resting on a tree far away from crowds of people. Cicadas had no worries in their lives, and humans could be jealous if they cared about the little critters. Death was in the air and seagulls above could sense it, but no one noticed death was spreading like fire, as the cicadas all died off in a minute. Yes, 60 seconds. A minute. Exactly 60 seconds.

I was sitting in the corner of my room at midnight as usual, pondering my existence again. A thought wandered into my mind, and that thought was "what do rhubarbs taste like?". Perhaps they taste like death, there were many theories on what they taste like that ran through my head last night, but I had to taste them for myself. I then decided to travel the world in search of these rhubarbs. Rhubarbs.. A name I've heard many times. It may be time to stop ignoring this and go search for these rhubarbs I have heard so much about.

That was all in the past. I've gone through eons of suffering, and have been so close to success. My story will not be forgotten, and that is why I am writing this. A documentary of all my travels, findings, and misfortunes.

If I were to find rhubarbs, I would go to the grocery store. A long walk there, for I have no driver license. All the walking took up all my energy, yet I could not find the rhubarbs at the store. Fortunately, my efforts were not all a waste, for I spotted a cicada resting on a tree when I was about to walk home to think where else to find rhubarbs. I quickly grabbed it before it faded away, but I dropped it on the ground and it broke into a million pieces. What misfortune! This could have happened to anyone else, yet it had to happen to me. I left in a haste to continue my journey to find a rhubarb, yet I did not know that it wasn't my fault what happened to the cicada, but it was the plague of death spreading across the horizon.

I heard seagulls above taunting me, yet I ignored them and continued on with my journey. I once met someone named Timmy at the local Walmart, he was playing the guitar trying to get enough money for the 25$ amazon gift card, but in great sadness, I have to say he failed in getting the gift card.He got kicked out of the Walmart parking lot, since people were complaining about the noise. He could not play the guitar. I vowed to take revenge upon Timmy, so I raised money myself in an empty alleyway. I lured customers in there saying I would give them free money. I became a heartless, lying, cheating businessman, but great success came to me. I abandoned Timmy, and opened my own shop in that same alleyway. Sorrow and anguish soon came to me, as the karmic debt of my actions came to me. I fought back, and escaped from the demons that torment my soul, and I flew to Ohio, in search of the rhubarbs.
