-Harry's POV-

Once Hallie left I just sat down and kept to myself, I suddenly no longer want to be here. Now that she's gone I don't seem to enjoy it, not even the food. I stand up, ready to leave.

"Where did she go?" Jay asks as he and Evie come over to me.

"Back to Mal's old place." I answer.

"She wouldn't just leave, no matter how much she wanted to." Evie tells me.

"Hook, what did you say to her?" Jay demands.

"Why are you blaming me?" I complain.

"You're the only one that's close to her here."

"She was upset after you said she's taken out of all those clubs."

"You said something after Jay left, I saw. That's when she left." Evie points out.

"I said that they're just clubs, she can start her own." They look at each other, how can what I say be that bad. "What?"

"The clubs were her escape."

"Escape from what?"

"People making fun of her, casting her out. The clubs she was in never judged her, they accepted her." If that was true then they wouldn't stop her still going to them.

"I shouldn't have said that." I sigh. "I'm an idiot." It made me feel weird knowing that I've made Hallie feel more upset, I never wanted to do that to her.

"You didn't know." Evie says in a comforting tone.

"I'm glad that you said it." Jay comments while looking at me, Evie punches his arm. "Ow, what was that for?"

"You like Hallie, don't you Harry?" Evie questions me.

"I'm a pirate. I don't do that stuff." I quickly answer.

"That's a yes." Jay smirks, I give him a glare. Even if I do, it's none of his business. It's nobodies because there is no way that she would like somebody like me.

"It's okay to like her you know." Evie smiles.

"Do I leave her alone? She said she wanted to be alone." I question out of curiosity.

"I usually do but Evie and Mal would normally talk to her, it's a girl thing." Jay tells me.

"Do what your heart tells you." Evie.

"Uh oh."

"What?"

"Hooky!" A voice squeaks in excitement, oh no. Please don't be her, I turn my head and see her walking towards us.

"Great." Lila stands right next to me.

"Oh Jay, I hope this isn't awkward for you. You know because you were hopelessly in love with me." She says to him.

"I'm good. Over it." Jay comments, they were never a thing. He was nice to her once and after that she became attached, that was until he left and I felt the need to take advantage of her. It was stupid of me, I know that now.

"That's good." She looks at me. "My mom wants to meet you."

"Never happening." I tell her.

"Why not? She wants to meet my boyfriend."

"Boyfriend?" Evie questions, I knew that it was more aimed at me than Lila.

"I'm not your boyfriend." I grumble, she needs to stop this. I don't care what I need to do to make her stop but she does.
