The Hero and the Anti-Hero (Sonadow)

POV: 3rd Person

The ebony hedgehog skated through the city with an azure hedgehog infront of him. "Just accept the fact that I'm faster than you, Shadow!" The azure hedgehog shouted, who was named Sonic the hedgehog and was also known as The Hero of Mobius. "Oh yeah? Let's see." The ebony hedgehog shouted back, he was named Shadow the hedgehog and was Sonic's biggest rival. Shadow began to pace up his speed and was finally infront of Sonic. "Wha?- Hey! You're cheating!" Sonic yelled angrily. "Not my problem, your too slow." They were running and running until they saw the finish line ahead of them.

"Move aside, asshole." Sonic said while growling lowly towards the ebony hedgehog, with a death glare. "Why are you so mad? This is just a race. We do this every week. I've never seen you so mad." He ebony hedgehog said and turned to sonic with a smirk. "I'm not used to losing. Even in the smallest situations, like racing." Sonic replied with a pout. "Cope, loser." Shadow started to pace up his speed once again. Sonic softly gasped and paced up his speed and reached infront of shadow. "Who's the loser now, sweetcakes?" Sonic said with a cocky expression on his face. Shadow wasn't having it. He made a bet with sonic 2 days ago, that if he lost in a race with sonic for the 25th time, He has to deal with sonic always touching his chest fur. I mean, who the fuck would do that? They're rivals'. Instead of skating, shadow chaos controlled to the finish line.

"What the- Shadow! You cheated!" Sonic yelled and Shadow acted as if he didn't care. "I have no idea what your talking about." Shadow said with a cocky smirk on his face. "Whatever, I still get to-" Sonic was cutoff by his communicator vibrating. "Hey, What's up Tails?" "Sonic! Eggman's attacking again!" "Seriously, again? I hate that round-shaped man." "He has 2 giant robots with chainsaws on their hands!" Tails yelled in fear and Sonic began to worry. "Okay, me and Shadow will be there. Alright? Cya Tails!" "SONIC WAI-" Sonic turned off his communicator and dragged shadow to the battle.

POV: Shadow

Sonic dragged me to the centre of the city and I gasped at how fucked up it looked. Buildings on fire, G.U.N agents lying on the ground with blood, 2 big robots with chainsaws as their hands. "What on earth happened here?" Sonic mumbled to himself but it was loud for me to hear it. We were walking to find Sonic's ass teammates and didn't even realise the bullet on fire coming towards us. But sonic did. "Shadow watch out!" He pulled me closer to him making the bullet hit near my feet. I blushed lightly by how close he held me. Am I blushing? What the heck. I thought and immediately pulled away. "Thank you." I mumbled. "Don't mention it. Wait Knuckles and Amy are over there! Come on let's go!" He said as he dragged me by the hand and dashed towards them.

15 minutes later because I'm lazy to write

"Ah!" I heard that fox boy yell in pain. I ran over to help him only to be grabbed by a large robot-ish hand. My eyes widened to the sudden action. "Muahahahahahahaha! I've captured the Ultimate Lifeform!" That son of a bitch yelled and laugh maniacly. "SHADOW!" Sonic shouted with his eyes widened. I looked at him with a worried expression on my face. He dashed as fast as he could but eggman already flew off.
