Upon discovering that Oscorp was using his research to develop bio weapons, Richard Parker decided to stop Oscorp and so he destroyed his research notes and used his training from his time in the special forces and his own Intellect to create the Spider-Man identity, the suit was made with a highly durable but flexible kevlar, the mask not only hides his identity but the lenses have various functions such as night vision and infrared sensors but his signature weapon is the web gun, a handheld firearm that shoots various combinations of highly strong polymer that can bind or distract enemies, as Spider-Man, Richard waged a one man war with Oscorp and his former business partner Norman Osborn who would later don the identity of the green goblin in which lead into the goblin war which ended with the death of Richard Parker.
