I've been traveling for over two thousand years and yet nothing has ever caught my attention. I can honestly say this world is boring to me but I can also say that I'll never stop running.

No place has kept my attention for more than a year or so and then I move on.

My parents keep chasing me. Well they keep sending their damn guards. Ever since my Brother was killed, his responsibilities were pass to me. And I for one don't want them at all. I never did.

I just got to Pillar, New York. A small town hours away from the big apple. The population here is almost close to three thousand just how I like it. Less people to see me. I like to feed without making headlines but I also don't kill unless I have too.

I don't need my parents on my tail again. Not after last time. I don't kill the innocent but the guilty I think twice about which is why I almost caught.

Walking around here felt like walking in a ghost town. Not one soul in sight but I can hear them. I kept walking towards the towns center to see if I could find the towns drunk.

I've been running for awhile and I need food. Most of the bars are in the middle of town to attract tourist but nobody ever comes here. I can see why. There's nothing exciting around here. you can practically smell the boredom leaking from this town.

But I was on a search for my drunken idiot fool. Every town has that a drunk that stumbles around causing problems. The wind pick up a bit but it didn't bother me. I had a long black trench on top of my clothes to keep up appearances with the humans. My body will always be heated unaffected by heat or cold.

I'm wearing skinny dark blue jeans and black tee shirt with my black converse. The humans clothing has changed every 10 years or so and I try to keep up with it just to make myself invisible and blended. To be honest, this decade has far better taste in clothing than in the last 100 years or so.

I stop walking and looked up at the sky to stare at the stars. They always amazed me. The only un-boring thing in this world and its those stars up. I could stare at them forever. For over two thousand years, the sky never changed. It always remains the same just as I do. I just can't help but -

"Let go of me!" I quickly snapped my head back down looking for the scream.

"help me. someone please! let go of me." I perked my ears up when I heard the yelling again and took off. I found myself in the beginning of the an alley.

"nobody can hear you sweetheart not after everything with Ky-Kyle" the a man slurred standing over a girl. " Now let-let me shut that pretty mouth o-of yours "

I guess I found the towns drunk. I quickly got behind the man. Worst mistake. I wanted to gag. He smelled of beer and ass.

Jesus, when was the last time he showered. I hate my sensitivity of smell. The girl was trying to fight him off so she didn't see me when I came up behind the man.

Good I don't need to be asked questions. I step back from the man ready to have my food.

My ass smelling food.

I sigh.

He'll do though.

"I think she told you something" I said stepping back from the man and looking down admiring my hand.

my nails always seem to be dirty but they're quite clean now. I heard the girl gasp but I still didn't look up from checking my nails.

I get easily distracted but I must say I have impeccable nails. I guess that's the perks of never aging or hardly aging. Or the blood. Which ever way you see it.
