The next day I woke up excited to see Diagon alley, Albus had told me so much about and ofcourse to meet him again. Though we had been exchanging letters through the summer, we hadn't really met after the time his family was in New York. We had agreed to meet at the Leaky Cauldron that served as the entrypoint to Diagon Alley. Quite like the wiccan store in LA I imagined.

Papa and I had previously agreed we'd leave the hotel immediately after breakfast, so we brought all the stuff we would need during the day with as to the dining hall, where the breakfast was served. I took my backpack with me too and had made Asisi get in earlier so he could take a walk along with me as Albus had told me that was okay to do at the alley. Papa and I had expected a calm and quiet breakfast but as we entered the hall a loud man's voice called for my father.

- Strange over here. Please join us for breakfast with your daughter,

Dr. Phillips exclamed in very American manner, that I was learning was his way of presenting him self. He was sitting in a corner table with a young, husky boy who seemed around my age. The boy seemed a bit embarrased of dr. Philliphs' grand mannerism in the quiet dining hall and had his sandy fringes swiped on his face. Probably to hid behind them.

Dr. Phillips seemed to notice me looking at the boy because he introdused us immediately,

- And this is my son Hunter. We are here to bring him back to his mother. She is his primary care taker and we see mostly during holidays and summer. She'll be here soon to collect him to do some final minute back to school shopping.

Papa seemed to want to decline the offer to sit with them but also noticed my interest in Hunter, so he set his jacket on the seat opposite of dr. Phillips and told we'd be right back. I followed his example and went to collect my self a full English breakfast.

- Hi, I'm Domino. It's nice to meet you Hunter,

I said to The boy as I sat next to papa on the table right in front of him. Hunter had already finished his meal and was scrolling on his phone and sipping caffee. He lifted his eyes from the screen to look at me and flinched. That made me fix my smile a bit. It was still weird for me to smile to people outside my family.

- Hi-i, I'm Hunter. But you knew that already. Nice to meet you Domino. I heard you were here to attend a boarding school. Why here? Did you get kicked out of all good schools in US?

He asked me smirking widely after stuttering a little. I had to check that his father and mine were immersed in their own conversation before answering him,

- Well- not exactly. This is a special school for... gifted children. And the one similar in the States was not accepting transfering students, so here I am. How about you? Where You go to?

Hunter seemed to get bit flustered about my question, after also checking our fathers weren't listening to us before answering me.

- I'm not really supposed to talk about it dear dad. But I'd say it's an art schol of sorts. Do you play any games? I'm pretty into first person shoters and RPGs.

I realised he was changing the subject on purpose so I didn't dig into it more,

- I don't really like to play that much myself but I enjoy watching my brother play. He resently got the idea of playing through the CoD series in release order, so I've been watching that for a while. I'm guessing he'll be around half way through when I go back to New York for Christmas. Only video game I really like to play is Hades. Other than that I'm more into traditional games like chess.

- Well chess is cool game. I'm not that good at it though. My strategic skills are good but not that good. I have a friend in school who likes chess and I haven't even come close to winning against her.

Our conversation continued along these lines through my meal until papa tapped my shoulder,

- Doe, it's half ten. Didn't you say we'd meet with your friend at ten?

I turned to look at my watch and noticed how the time had passed.

-Yes, you're right. We have to get going,

I said as I stood up and collected my stuff.

- It was nice to meet you Hunter. Good luck for the school year. Maybe we meet again in the future.

- Same to you. See you later- maybe,

Hunter answered and grinned at me as his father said his goodbyes to mine. Papa seemed like the time couldn't have moven slower during breakfast. He was a bit too happy about our departure and took light steps as we walked down the street.

- Is dr. Philips really that boring?

I asked him. He turned to look at me and then made sure the man in question hadn't spawned near us before answering,

- Him being boring isn't the issue. Dr. Phillips- he doesn't really think what he says before saying it. And then gets a bit angry when told he has said something problematic or so on. You remember what he said about your dad yesterday. He says similar things a lot.

I nodded to his statement. If I hadn't been so thrown of by the sudden sound of dr. Phillips' yell( after regaining my memory I had started to develope a mild case of PTSD), I'd probably ripped him a new one.

- Shame, Hunter seemed like a fairly nice person. Just shows how not all of us are like our parents,

I said. And as I did papa pulled me to the side from the flow of people and placed his hands on my shoulders,

- Domino, I know what you ment with that and I assure you, you are not like your grandfather. Not even like your mother. You may not see it but your dad and I see it.

His reassurens felt good but I still wasn't too canvinced. I knew how my twin was and felt that somehow the demon that my grandfather had become might have a hold of us both.

- Only time will tell us that,

I whispered.
