Finally the day to get on the train and go to Hogwarts. Papa and I ate breakfast at the hotel and checked out pretty early to make sure that there weren't any paparazzi that might follow us to the station. We had ordered a car to get us to the King's Cross station and it was waiting on us as we stood out to the street. The driver placed my travel trunk and papa's suitcase into the car as we sat in the backseat. I could see the driver eyeing Raven's cage on my lap but didn't say anything, likely because he had gotten used to rich people's shit. Luckily Azizi had fallen asleep in his carrier and just seemed like a big cat. I just hoped he wouldn't wake up before we were on the train.

At the station papa got out from the car before me and checked again that there was no paparazzi around before allowing the driver to load my luggage on a trolley.

- Ready to go princess?

Papa asked as he took Raven from me to place her on top of the trunk.

- I guess. Atleast I'm not nervous yet.

We walked in from the station doors and emmediately collected some strange looks because of Raven. But as we made our way to the platform 9 3/4 the looks lessened as if they didn't see anything strange.

Al had explaned me how to get on the platform so that wasn't a problem but what was expecting us on the otherside was. Rumors of Sorcerer Supreme coming to see his daughter of and somehow they emmediately recognized papa as we came to the other side. And even though papa (and I) had mostly remined separate from the wizarding society he still held a lot of power. So a lot of them flocked around him trying to make somesort of contact, but only managed to get him irritated by separating me from him.

Suddenly something in my mind clicked and the reality that I wouldn't see him, dad, Peter or anyone else before the Yule break. I felt so alone and hopeless that I just started sobbing and shaking. I only managed to utter a shaky " papa"  that seemed to be drowned by the crowd.

But it was still enough to get papa's attention. He saw my watery eyes and emmediately parted the crowd between us with some help from magic and kneeled down to me.

- Domino, what is wrong princess? Do you not want to go? We can return to NYC together if you changed your mind about Hogwarts.

He said as he hugged me softly.

- No. Yes. I mean, I want to go but- but- What if you don't want me back when you realize that I'm just a nuisance. It wouldn't be the first time I'd be left behind.

I couldn't talk aloud so I used telepathy to tell papa how I felt. Papa just tightened his grip and replied in the same manner,

- You are not a nuisance to us. We love you. You are part of our faimily. We will never leave you behind.

Then he changed to normal speach.

- Tell you what. When I get back to New York I'll go buy an owl, so we can send you letters even when Raven is with you.

I wiped my eyes and nodded to him. Now that my tears had stopped I felt embarrassed and silly. I looked around and noticed a lot of people staring at me and some of the students were whispering and giggling amongst themselves. But it really didn't matter, they could laugh all they wanted. I knew I could make them cry if they decided to make me a target for ther ridicule.

My thoughts were interrupted by Scorp who arrived behind us with his father.

- Dee, you already here. We should go reserve a conpartment before they are all taken. The Potter's are always running late so we'll just call Al from the window when they arrive.

- Hi Scorp. If you say so. Let me just say bye to my papa and I'll just take Azizi and Raven and leave the rest for the train staff.

I said to him and turned back to papa to give him one last hug and assure him that I really was fine and ready to go.

- I can help you with Raven. My owl Artemis is really small so it would be easier for me to carry two birds than for you to carry a bird and that huge cat carrier.

Scorp offered as we made our way to the train.

- If you say so. Thanks for the help.

We found an empty compartment fairly easily and after settling in we stuck our heads out to talk to our fathers and to see when Al would arrive.

Finally just 10 minutes before the train was to depart the Potter family emerged one by one through the wall. I could hear mrs. Potter say something about one day missing the train as she gave her children final hugs and kisses and ushered them first to their father for hugs and then into the train. Al had spotted us in the window and soon enough he entered the compartment and closed the door behind him.

- Hi Al. Good to see you made it. I started to doupt that youd make it in time this time.

Scorp said as Al sat down next to him and the train started to move. I sat opposite of them and opened Azizi's carrier so he could look around when he woke up.

- What would actually happen if you missed the train?

I asked as I turned back to look at them.

- I have  no idea. I don't think I know of anyone actually missing the train. Well- uncle Ron claims that him and dad flew to Hogwarts on their second year with grandfather's car, after missing the train. But I'm not sure if I believe that.

Al answered.

- I don't know Al. My father has told me about that insident too. He seems to think that they would have been expelled from school if your father wouldn't have been the chosen one.

Scorp replied. I was about to ask for more details when a knock from the door interrupted us. An elderly woman slided the door open and smiled to us,

- Hello, anything from the trolley dears?
