A few days later, I sat in the kitchen at Emily's. The guys had gone out to try and hunt Victoria down.

I was making muffins with the motherly woman who was discussing her and Sam's upcoming wedding which she had invited me to.

"Do you have any ideas for the color scheme?" I asked her. She nodded. "Probably whites and beiges. I don't want to overdo it you know?" She asked kindly. I chuckled and nodded.

"My mom had taken me to my aunts wedding a few years back and she had it at a castle. I mean it was beautiful yeah but it was so expensive and excessive." I told her as I poured the batter into the pan, Emily dropping the blueberries in it.

I looked at her, a question I had been wanting to ask since I had gotten here lingering in my mind.

"Em, I want to take Embry to meet Bella and my dad today when they get back. Do you think I should wait till we are actually together?" I asked her. She looked at me and shook her head.

"No! Ave, Embry is your soulmate. Your dad obviously doesn't know that but I think that he will be happy that at least one of his daughters are happy." She told me. I shrugged.

I had been thinking about having Embry come over and introducing him to Bells and dad for a few days now. I think that dad would like him, and I wasn't sure how Bella would feel but I hoped she would be happy for me.

"I think you should do it." She told me as the guys walked inside. "Do what?" The familiar voice asked. I grinned when I felt arms wrap around me before he let go. I looked at Emily who nodded.

I looked over at Embry. "We were just talking about you meeting my dad and Bella officially." I told him. His eyes widened a bit. "Really?" He asked nervously. I laughed and nodded.

"If you want too obviously." I told him. He nodded quickly. "Yeah! I'd like to meet your dad. Just make sure you introduce me as your boyfriend." He teased me. I smiled at him. I wouldn't admit it out loud but I enjoyed the fact that he was slightly afraid to meet dad.

"Well then, I'll be back." I grinned as I walked outside, pass the other boys who argued over chicken.

I quickly clicked on dad's contact and put the phone up to my ear while I sat in one of the chairs that Emily had sitting outside.

"Hello?" He said once he picked up. "Hey dad. I  was wondering if you would care if I brought my boyfriend over today? I wanted you and Bells to meet him." I emphasized the word boyfriend so that I knew Embry could hear me as dad inhaled deeply.

"Boyfriend? Wow, I had no clue that you even... had a boyfriend?" He responded but it sounded more like a question. I chuckled as I looked back inside to see Embry talking to Paul and Jared.

"Yeah, we didn't tell anyone. He lives down in La Push. You know Tiffany Call right?" I asked him. I heard him hun as he grabbed something, probably his gun.

"It's her son, Embry. He's really sweet and nothing like Edward. I think you're really going to like him." I told dad. He huffed.

"Okay. Bring him over." He said. I grinned widely. "Okay! We'll be home soon." I told him as I walked back inside. Dad hung up while I looked at Embry with a smirk.

"My dad told me to bring you over." I told him. Sam looked at him. "Go put on some jeans and a shirt then you can go." Sam told him. Embry gave me a quick hug before he ran upstairs.

I looked at Paul and Jared. "Ten bucks your dad will have his gun on the table when you get there." Paul challenged. I chuckled. "You're on." I responded.

A few minutes later, Embry came downstairs with a black t-shirt and black jeans. I smiled at him. "You ready to go?" I asked him. He nodded as he walked over to me and kissed my head before we walked outside.
