Shoto didn't know how Katsuki was able to walk this amount of distance to and from his dorm at least twice a week; but it made sense.
Katsuki was fit and well built.
His chest pics were enough for him to know that, plus Eijirou was always comparing himself to Katsuki, and trying to surpass how much he was able to lift, run and score.
But he wanted to do this, he wanted to express his feelings and ask Katsuki on a date, and if that was crossing this entire college campus, then he'll do it 100 times if needed.
As long as was allowed a break in between of course.
Arriving at block 6 he struggled on locating the stairs, looking around and circling the block about 4 times maybe he still couldn't find it.
However on his 5th lap he ran into a young brunette who was holiding a few books in his hands, short fluffy hair that was rather curly.
Gaining some form of courage he walked up to him, "excuse me?" The male was much taller than him, at least a head and a half, turning around and smiling down at him.
"Can I help you?"
Playing with his shirt hem he spoke, "I'm from across campus, and I can't seem to find my friends dorm, do you happen to know where the stairs are?"
He seemed to smile at his innocence, almost like he was going to laugh too, "thats alright, there aren't actually stairs on the bottom floor that take you up, because most of the classes are on the second floor so the aritectures saw no reason for stairs in this particular block. You'll need to walk to that building just over there." Walking over towards the window he pointed to the larger building next to the one he was in.
"The stairs are just across from this walk way, they'll take you up, just go left and you'll be in the right block." He smiled, lowering his arm.
Nodding his head, Shoto thanked the young gentlemen, beginning to walk in the direction he pointed too.
And he was right, there was a set of stairs that had a sign labelling it took you up towards block 6.
It would have been nice if Eijirou had mentioned that key detail in his very bad use of directions.
As he climbed the last set of stairs his panic started to settle in.
What if he walked all this way for nothing? Or that perhaps he truly did not feel the same way.
Gosh turning back looked so much better right now, however he did not just spend an hour and a half of walking this way to go to waste just because of his overthinking.
Room 22.
Here he was, standing outside the room.
He had so much time to come up with what to say, yet he stood here with a blank mind; he was too focused on not getting lost.
So what was he supposed to say?
He was starting to fidget, his hands in a tight fits on either side of him, tapping his foot as he started to feel sweat built up beneath his clothes.
