The video is just a little bit of info about the Mclaren.
The picture is, well, a Mclaren P1
Rawan's P.O.VI arrived at my house and immediately looked out the window of my living room. It was clear. I disarmed my traps using my iPhone 6. I went up to my room then closed and locked my door. I set up an ECM jammer especially made for moments like this. I made a call to the Scalegence headquarters. The phone rung for exactly five seconds, no more, no less. That's how we operatives know if something is wrong.
"Code," a distorted voice said on the other side of the line.
"India, Mike. *pause* Romeo, Echo, Alpha, Delta, Yankee. *Pause* Foxtrot, Oscar, Romeo. *pause* Alpha. *pause* Juliet, Oscar, Bravo (Read the starting letters of each word)." I said. I memorized the code. It's one of the most important things for Contracting.
"Welcome back, Cobalt," the voice said. Cobalt was my Codename. Nobody could say their actual name, people would be able to pinpoint our location to easily. There was a moment of silence as a contract was pulled randomly from the database.
"We've got one for you that I think you will like. You know those two guys you beat the crap out of last night? They're contractors for the Canine Reapers. They're Danny Roth, which was the German Shepard, and Lawrence Jefferson, the Husky. You were their contract. They needed you for information on the Scalegence," he informed me.
"Let me guess, you need me to deal with them?" I asked.
"No, I need you to get information from them. That way, we can keep the upper hand," he said.
"What if they don't...cooperate?" He paused for a moment.
"Terminate them." I sat down in my office chair and pulled up into my desk.
"Where are they?"
"I'll send you their location via text. Don't screw this up. We're counting on you," he said sternly.
"Don't worry, I'm your best. I'll do it," I said confidently. He scoffed.
"Just do what you do best, if you need more tools, just talk to the armorer," he said then hung up. I disabled the ECM jammer and put it in my gun locker. Every single time I use it, it needs to charge. I placed the mattress over the locker, made the bed, then laid down to go to sleep.
The next morning
I got up and got dressed. I had to dress nicely, I was doing something rather important. I put on a tuxedo and dress pants. I was going to walk down to get my dress shoes when I got a text from Rilee.
Rilee: Want to hang out over at my place?
I sighed. I wanted to, I really did, but I was doing something.
Rawen: Can't I got called into work.
Rilee: Oh... Okay.
Rawen: I'll come over when I'm done though.
Rilee: Alright, cya then!
Rawen: Cya
I locked the phone and put it in my pocket. Rilee thinks that I'm a doctor, it's a really good cover. Especially when I have a black Mclaren P1. Doctors do get paid a lot. I decided I was going to bring my ECM jammer and my Intervention sniper rifle with a suppressor; the rifle was put in its special carbon fiber case. I got my black dress shoes on then went outside my front door. I opened my garage door and watched as sunlight slowly filled the area. There it was, my Hybrid hypercar. I got into the driver seat and put the key in. The engine loudly roared to life. The sound of a 727 horsepower, 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine was beautiful. Not only that, but it also has an electric motor which produces 176 horsepower, creating an overall 903 horsepower engine. Amazing. I only drive this when I'm doing something important. I was pulling out of the garage when I received a text from the Scalegence.
SLC: 1611 NW 12th Ave, Miami, FL 33136, third floor, north side. You will see them.
I knew that place, the Jackson Memorial Hospital. It wasn't far, maybe a ten minute drive. It was mid-day so the shops and cafés were teeming with life. Furs roamed the sidewalks, every now and then, a group would gather at a stop sign or traffic light to take a picture of my car. I sometimes revved the engine, every single time I did that, they almost had a heart attack. I drove through the streets. Luckily, there wasn't a lot of traffic. I parked in the hospitals underground parking garage. My phone rung and I answered it.
"Hello?"
"Cobalt, your orders have been changed. You are to eliminate them. Do it silently."
"Yes sir, I understand." I hung up. I made it to the hospital's main lobby where a cheetah sat. I asked where the targets were.
"Go to the third floor then look for room 3-201," se said cheerfully. I thanked her then went to an elevator. I pushed the button for the third floor and the elevator doors closed. The elevator dropped a little then started going up at a smooth pace. It made a bing sound at each floor. The elevator finally made it to the third floor. The doors opened and I walked to the main room which had a circular desk around a white column.
"Hi how can I help you?" the female wolf asked.
"I'm looking for Danny Roth and Lawrence Jefferson."
"May I ask who you are?"
"I'm their friend, Cobalt Zarkis," I lied.
"Right this way sir," she said, standing up. I followed her through a hallway that led to a reacher secluded room.
"A doctor will be in here for meds in a little bit. I'd say ten minutes. Be out by then," she said then walked off. I opened to wooden door and saw two hospital beds on one side of the room. I slowly made my way in. They were watching a documentary on the small flatscreen TVs that were on the other side of the room. I set my ECM jammer at the door. The closest bed had Lawrence in it. As I approached the Husky, he gasped.
"H-h-h-heyy. What's, um, up?" he said, chuckling nervously.
"I think you know why I'm here, so if you would please sit still that would be nice," I said grimly.
"You're going to kill us?!" he exclaimed.
"No, no, no, no. Absolutely not, I won't kill you..." I found a vial of morphine and a needle on a desk with a monitor. I smiled.
"This will," I said, picking the morphine vial up. He tried to push the red help button but the signal was being scrambled with the jammer in place. I filled the syringe up completely and walked over to his IV. He continuously pleaded for me to stop but I ignored his pleads. I injected the morphine into the IV tube. He steadily got louder. I injected him with a large tranquilizer dose. He was out almost instantly. Danny was already sleeping, which made it easy. I injected the morphine into his IV then left. They would be dead in 20 minutes at most. I had my ECM with me so I was good to go.
"How are they?" the nurse asked.
"Oh, they're sleeping. They were really tired. I recommend you try to push the meds back a bit," I said.
"Alright, I'll see what I can do. They've been through a lot," she said in her cheery voice. I said my goodbyes then left the premises. I honestly didn't think this would be so easy. Welp, guess I'll just have to watch the news tomorrow. I drove the Mclaren to Rilee's place.
