These are my personal interpretations, I do not claim making an entire canon for everyone. This is how I see thing...
I'm not really good at sizes, I have a hard time trying to visualize specific sizes when written down, whether they're in meters or in feet or whatever else. So even if I do have ideas for the characters' sizes, I don't have the means to portray it, I can't tell you how many centimeters high they are... If I don't understand it myself, surely I'll be making mistakes and fuck with your own comprehension as well.
The only means I've found to try portraying them the most accurate as possible is to make sort of charts, with specific groups of characters sorted from taller to smaller. It lacks details and only concerns a selected group of individuals together (I really can't do such charts with all the CH characters I've ever drawn and will ever draw in the future).
