After getting send away by Ankhseram.Zeref gets reincarnated as Naruto.The events of Naruto's birth stay the same.
Growing up Naruto/Zeref was hated by most of the villagers. He preferred it that way. He didn't want any attachments to anyone. Because he feared he may end killing them with his curse.
Naruto first gained his memories of his former life when he was 6 years old. After turning 6 he distanced himself from the Ichiraku family. The only ones who cared for him except the hokage.
He started to isolate himself in his apartment. The only interaction he had with people was when the hokage came to deliver him money,food,books,etc.
When Naruto turned 7 the hokage told him that he would be enrolled into the the academy. He told Naruto it would be a good opportunity to make friends. Naruto told him he no interest in going.After while Naruto saw that the Hokage would continue nagging him to go to the academy so he decided he would go.
When Naruto joined the academy he was ignored by other academy students because their parents warned them to stay away from Naruto.
While in the academy Naruto ignored everyone. He did the bare minimum of what was asked of him in the academy. He simply did not care about graduating.
Two years later
The girls in Naruto's class were starting to question why their parents wanted them to stay away from him. One by one the girls started to fall for him. Whenever a girl said said hello to Naruto he would react with a wave and a smile(fake one).
This caused him to gain popularity with the girls.Half of Sasuke's fangirls started to leave him considering he always ignored them.
Naruto no longer had a peaceful life at the academy because he was constantly bothered by his fangirls.
1 Year later Naruto met Kurama.
Kurama felt sorry for Naruto. Kurama saw Naruto's memories of his life as Zeref. Kurama summoned Naruto to mindscape to befriend him. Naruto was happy to get a friend that he couldn't kill(since Kurama is sealed inside him). Kurama told Naruto everything about his parents ,his clan, the tail beasts, sage of six paths,etc.
