The once abandoned arcade was now filled to the brim. The smell of musk and smoke ran thick throughout the building as low murmurs and laughter echoed off the walls.

Yūki laid on his back behind Hanma as he made small talk with some of the members. Yūki slowly sat up and looked around the building, taking in the small amount of chaos that was present in each group of teens.

Yūki had been working with gangs for a few years now, so he knew a thing or two about running one. No matter what size or what type of gang someone ran, if there wasn't a sense of leadership or hierarchy, then it would eventually tear itself apart.

Yūki had seen it happen time and time again. Someone makes a gang that has no leader, but eventually a leader gets chosen by the majority of the members and those who disagree chose their own leader. Yūki couldn't even begin to count the number of times he's seen gangs end in a civil war.

The arcade grew quiet as Yūki stood up. "Shuji, we need to talk." Yūki looked down at Hanma who was still talking.

Hanma smirked up at Yūki. "Sure." He got up, ignoring the people he was just talking to, and followed Yūki to the back of the arcade.

While most went back to talking, there were a few who watched as the two teens left the main area. Rumors about Yūki spread around the old Moebius members when they found out Yūki was helping Valhalla and Toman. Some trusted him and believed that he would help out Valhalla more than Toman while others thought the opposite. There were those who still thought Yūki had done something to Osanai to make him quit delinquency, but they never spoke up, for they were too afraid of what would happen if they were correct.

There was one, however, that watched the two leave for a different reason. He couldn't care less about Hanma, but Yūki was different. He both loathed and idolized the short teen. He quickly looked away, his bright red hair swaying as he shook his head.

Once Hanma closed the door, Yūki started talking. "We need captains. With how things are now, I'm predicting that Valhalla will be no more in a few weeks." Hanma was about to ask a question, but was interrupted when Yūki continued talking. "I've seen it countless times before, that's how I know."

Hanma chuckled as he grinned down at Yūki. "Well since you know everything, who do you suggest?"

Yūki sighed as he collapsed on an old mattress. He hadn't been back to his warehouse due to him having to catch up with all of his clients since he was out for a full week. He had a few setups all over Tokyo to sleep at. For the past few weeks, he had been going on only a few hours of sleep each day. Being too busy traveling from one gang to another, trying not to lose any of them as a customer. On top of his job, he has been trying to go to each and every Toman and Valhalla meeting he could to keep up with their plans.

Yūki stretched out with a large yawn. "Ya, I got two people. One's already working with me and Kisaki, and the other was a pen pal of mine. He should be getting out of Juvie soon, if he's not out already." He turned his head and looked at Hanma with droopy eyes. "He could bring a few new guys as well. But I feel like he could be a secret weapon against Toman."

"Why's that? Is he stronger than Mikey or something?" Hanma asked as he got closer and sat down next to Yūki.

Yūki only laughed and shook his head. "No, but he was a founding member." He yawned again. "He killed someone and was kicked out. While in Juvie he got a little crazy." Yūki chuckled again, eyes slowly closing due to his fatigue. "No thanks to me."

Hanma watched as Yūki's head slowly fell forward only for him to snap back up with a sharp inhale. He laughed as Yūki struggled to stay awake. "What, did you only get an hour of sleep last night?"
