"Takemichi, we heard you're a member of Toman?!" Akkun yelled as he walked into his friend's classroom.

School had just ended for the students of Mizo Middle School, so all of Takemichi's friends wanted to see if the rumors were true. The five of them began talking about the deal Takemichi made with Mikey to get Baji back to Toman. But unlike most delinquents of that time, Takemichi knew next to nothing about both Toman and Valhalla.

"Hey 'Gang Dex'" Akkun called Yamagishi.

"If I must..." Yamagishi only sighed in disappointment as he looked at Takemichi. "I'll explain it to you."

Yamagishi proceeded to draw a diagram of Toman's hierarchy on the classroom's chalkboard. Mikey being on top with the division captain being below him. Takemichi couldn't help but notice the word 'Viper' being written next to Mikey but not connected to anyone.

"Tokyo Manji Gang, 'Toman' for short. Mikey-kun's the leader and Draken-kun's vice leader. Under them are five divisions, each division has around twenty guys each." After writing on the chalkboard, he turned to Takemichi to make sure he was understanding everything. "With one hundred members, that makes them a large biker gang."

"Wow, I didn't know that." Takemichi said, not realizing that that was basic knowledge.

"For real? And you call yourself a delinquent?" He then proceeded to tell everyone the current status of some of the members. "From what I heard, the third division ex-captain, Pah-chin-kun, got arrested. And the vice-captain, Peh-yan-kun, entered the second division."

"Huh?! So Peh-yan-kun's under Mitsuya-kun now?"

"Yeah."

Takemichi sweat dropped at this. "So we're in the same division? I'm not a fan of Peh-yan-kun at all..."

Yamagishi decided to ignore Takemichi's crying as he continued talking. "And, in exchange, the new third division captain is..."

"Kisaki!!"

"Right, formerly in Moebius. Though, Moebius wasn't a monolith either. Apparently, there was tension between Osanai's group, those born in 1988, and Kisaki's group, those born in 1990."

"...I see, gangs got a lot going on inside them." Akkun added, realizing what type of world his friend had gotten himself into.

"Osanai lost to Mikey-kun and Moebius actually disbanded. Then Kisaki, leading the 1990 group, joined Toman. Making Toman's numbers jump from 100 to 150." Yamagishi finally finished, allowing his friends the time to take in all of that information.

"Wait, who's that 'Viper' guy next to Mikey-kun's name?" Takuya asked, looking at the diagram Yamagishi made.

Yamagishi instantly perked up, as if he had wanted to talk about this person the entire time. "Okay, so Viper isn't actually a part of Toman. Actually, he works with almost all of the big gangs in Tokyo. He is such a mystery that no one even knows his real name. He just recently started working for Toman, and since then, Toman has just been rising in the ranks even faster than they were before.

"He's worked with Moebius, The Black Dragons, Toman, The Idealists, as well as Valhalla. Also there's a rumor going around that he's with the Haitani's since The Idealists disbanded not long ago." Yamagishi grinned as he looked at his friends, hoping that they found 'Viper' as cool as he did.

"How can someone work with all of those gangs?! Wouldn't a lot of gangs not trust him?" Takuya asked, confused as to how so many large gangs trusted someone, even if they worked for their enemy.
