The red dwarf star, a bit smaller than the Sun and a little less bright, was towing an ocean planet along at a fantastic speed through the galaxy. In 25,000 generations it would pass by the Solar System coming closer to Earth than any other star had ever been. It would pass too far away to cause any direct ill effects other than sending some asteroids and comets into random orbits about the Sun.
One thing for certain, it would bring about the rise of one man who would change the course of Human history forever and bring the Universe closer to him than he ever imagined.
The ocean planet was inhabited. Life was abundant. The food cycle was as in Earth, consisting of predators and prey. Earth was prehistoric when the Travelers left their home. When pre-humans were living off berries and leaves and walking on all limbs, the Travelers were moving planets at will.
