(This Chapter is really short! Sorry)
"Here she is! Only a few hundred yen!" Eleanor boasted, "Put your stuff in her." Throwing our bags into the boat then stepping inside we set off.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"Somewhere we can call home, far away from here," Eleanor replied, rowing us away from the dock. I stuck my hand out of the boat to touch the surface of the water. The world was so beautiful yet we've never seen it. Taking my hand off the water and back inside the boat I closed my eyes to rest.
Crack!Booom!Creak! I woke up to loud banging noises. Looking at the floor of our tiny boat there was a huge crack in the middle. "How could this have happened?" I thought to myself. It was freezing and we were in the middle of nowhere. When I looked outside the boat I found out the reason for the damage. We had hit an iceberg.
"Eleanor!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, trying to wake up my unconscious sister, "Wake up!" Tears fell from my eyes onto her face.
Creek. I backed away onto the other side of the boat when the boat spilt in two. Eleanor on one side and I on the other. I couldn't help but cry, cry until my eyes got puffy and red. Seeing her float away slowly was like a dagger to my heart. Sobbing still I let my eyes flutter and close. Sleeping out the tragedy, while floating towards land slowly.
