Cody arrives early looking like a child on Christmas morning. Nobody loves fairs as much as Cody. That's a fact. Prove me wrong, I dare you.
Anyways, I grab my bag and my keys and unlock my car. It's not a fancy car but it's good enough for me. I only use to get around so I'm not paying public transport every day. Not to mention, those druggies who sit on the train or bus too. Ew.
As weird as it may sound, me and Cody have our own car playlist. It's full of High School Musical songs mixed with other songs from our tastes which aren't that different.
"This song!!" Cody smiles as 'I don't dance' sung by Chad and Ryan in HSM plays. I laugh and turn it up, driving off the driveway.
Car rides with Cody are always fun. Most of it are just us vibing and singing to every word that plays. The rest of them are usually him commenting on the surroundings and offending every couple he sees. "Do they really need to hold hands and remind me I'm single?" He says. I laugh. Maybe I could change that.
Of course I'm kidding! Who do you think I am? He's my best friend. I could never. He's like my brother I never had.
