Y/n ran to their house from their workplace, grinning to themselves.
They had finally gotten The Stanley Parable! They couldn't wait to try it!
They entered their house and put it into their computer.
A quick glance at the game told them that it was loading, and that it would take a while.So they waited.
And waited.
And....... waited.
And waited some more.
At some point they got a cup of coffee? Or tea?

At last, the game finally booted up, awakening Y/n from.. whatever they were doing.
AGAIN.

Y/n pressed the start button quickly, trying to get into the game as soon as possible because they were excited to see what all of the excitement was about.
As they walked out of Stanley's office, they heard a man's voice, speaking up from the near silence.
"All of his co-workers were gone. What could it mean? Stanley decided to go to the meeting room; perhaps he had simply missed a memo."
The voice had startled them out of their original thoughts, even after they saw the cutscene.If they're a sucker and skipped it, then that works as well.
Within a few moments of playing the game, they started to feel... odd. Like an electrical current was running through their body.
Once they thought about it, they realized it was a pleasant sensation. Like they wanted to get more of it. And they knew how.
All they needed to do..Was touch the screen.
Y/n, without hesitation, reached forward and put their palm against the screen.
However, unlike what they originally thought, they were sucked into the game without a warning.And everything went black-
