Chapter Four

The girls & I were all up first. The boys are so lazy, pfft. We decided it would be best if we all got up and started to get ready before the boys could because they would jump into showers etc first. I left my phone charging by the bed James and I shared the night before. I wore a black baggy top with denim shorts, heels and a necklace. Nicola wore a pink top, shorts and pink converse ( this was because flamingos were pink and well Barclay was obsessed with Flamingos ). Jenna wore a lilac owl top with shorts and purple heels. She wore this top because Reece always said he wanted to be an owl because he's a right "hoot" ( sure you are Reece. ) Once we all were ready, had our hair, make up etc done we sat in the living room having a chat.

10 minutes later after we had sat down, James came running through not looking impressed asking who "David" was, as he was messaging me on Facebook asking to meet up because he's in town. I was annoyed at James for reading my messages but I think it was time I explained to him. "James, can we talk on on the roof top, please?" I asked him. "Pfft, sure."

Nicola's POV

"I wonder if they are okay, I mean I trust Ashleigh and she wouldn't do anything to hurt James. We know how much she likes him." I said. "I think once she has explained to James who David is and what's going on, she'll be able to tell us." Olivia had replied. "Do you think David is another boy that Ashleigh has been talking to?" I heard Noreen ask Marjana. "Don't be silly, Ashleigh is the sweetest girl ever.. She wouldn't do that to James! We just need to let her come to us and tell us." Marjana replied to Noreen.

Ashleigh's POV

"Okay James" I said slowly taking hold of his hands. "Who is David and why is he asking to meet up with you?" James snatched. "James, David is my dad. I haven't seen him in 10 years because he cheated on my mum. I was 7 at the time, I was the one who caught him cheating but he told me to keep quiet about it. I never and told my mum but she never believed me. Until one day, she was going through his work bag and found love letter from a woman named Irene." I explained to him, I had tears in my eyes and just collapsed as I had a flashback. James turned round, "I'm sorry baby, I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. You're a strong beautiful girl and I'll always be here for you, no matter what. Have you told anyone else about this?" he asked. "No, you're the first person in my whole life I have told, but I feel as if I should tell the girls and the other boys too because word will get about and I don't want them to think less of me." I replied. "Okay, when they are up you can tell them and I'll stand by you. Don't worry babe, they won't judge you." James just hugged me tight and I felt so safe.

A/N

Who would have thought that Ashleigh would tell James after not knowing him long? She must trust him a lot!! Anyway, hope you enjoyed :)
