"Hey Misty." I turn my head
"Yeah?" Misty turns to look at me, her eyes wide with concern
"You ever notice the sunset makes the sky look purple and red at the same time?" I point out the sunset in front of us
We're sitting against a tree at the edge of a clearing in the forest, snacking on some rice balls we stole from Brock.
"Yeah, it's pretty, isn't it?" She takes another bite
"Very. Any clue why Brock calls these jelly donuts?"
"His eyes are always closed, probably makes it hard to tell the difference."
We laugh to ourselves before I finish my rice ball.
"Hey Sallec..." Misty mutters my name, staring at her half-eaten rice ball
"Hm?"
"What will you do once you get your memories back?" She says after taking another bite
"I... am not too sure. Maybe the same as you, hang around with you guys. I wouldn't wanna leave you with the others, knowing them." I flash her a small smile
"Oh really? I'm glad you're not leaving then..." She gives me a small smile back
We sit in silence, smiling at each other. Some mysterious force starts pushing us together until we hear a small cry.
"What the- Abra! Back in your ball!!" I grab Abra's ball before hitting the return button
It fetches Abra and puts him inside. This leaves Misty and I blushing.
"Sorry about that, stupid Abra trying to get payback for the Moon Stone hitting him." I sigh
"Hah, it's fine... maybe he was on to something..." Misty moves a little closer next to me
"What do you mean?" I turn to her, slightly confused
"What I mean is that Abra's a smart Pokémon. If he thinks we need to be closer, then why not?" She smirks
I sigh and look back at the stars.
"It is getting cold, might as well huddle to keep body warmth." I open my side arm, signaling her to scoot closer
She cheerfully accepts my offer, sliding under my arm, letting it fall on her shoulder. She gets comfortable as I look up at the stars.
"I still have no clue why Abra wants us closer." I state
"You're not the brightest are you?"
"Zero memories mean zero retained knowledge."
"But you're a living Pokédex."
"Amazes me too."

"Brock, remember when I said I wanted a rematch?" I sit down on a rock, holding Nidorino's pokeball
"Yeah? You want to have the rematch now?" He asks
"You know it. I've been training Nidorino a bit more, so maybe I'll win this."
"Oh it's on!"
"What's on?" Ash walks up from the forest, Pikachu swiftly following behind him
"Brock and Sallec are about to have their rematch." Misty tunes in
"Yup! Don't expect such an easy battle this time!" I clutch Nidorino's pokeball with sheer confidence
"Wouldn't expect any less... Geodude, you got this!!" Brock quickly tosses his pokeball
