Love and Beyond- A Jack Harlow Fanfic

Chapter 9

Two and a half weeks had passed since Jack and I last saw each other. During the past two weeks while I was working from 9 to 5 teaching (ehh? Get it? 9 to 5... listen to 21C/Delta), he had just released a song called SUVs featuring Pooh Sheisty (The GOAT).

 After he released the song, he became super busy. He was getting interviewed by a lot of radio shows and talk shows. But today was a Saturday. Which was also the last day of his major interviews. 

And also the day that we were going on our date. He's taking me to Top Golf just so that I can beat him... And I will beat him. You can guarantee that. As I'm getting ready I hear Londyn and Kaya barge into my bathroom. 

"Is he here yet?" Londyn asks while jumping up and down. "No he isn't and if you two would stop pacing around and distracting me I would be ready by now." I said, trying to get ready. 

Since getting ready Kaya and Londyn have been on my ass with this date. They were happy for me cause this was the first time a genuine person was asking me out on a date... And because they really like Jack and I together.

 After finishing my hair, I put on my clothes. I wore my black turtleneck hollow out belly top, my loose 90's denim jeans, and my chunky platform combat boots. "I love the fit!!!... But the shoes are not it." Londyn said with kindness in her voice. 

She hated my platform boots. She thought they looked emo. but I loved them cause it made my outfit pop. And because I love the style of those boots. "Well I think they look great." I say with positivity. Londyn rolls her eyes at me and helps me with my eyeshadow look and lashes. 

After putting on my clothes and getting my makeup done, I start adding jewelry and spraying perfume. "Do you think he's gonna ask you to be his girlfriend?!?" Kaya asked while finding me a matching purse in my closet. "I don't know... I hope so." I say with excitement. 

While putting on the finishing touches we all hear the doorbell. Kaya and Londyn run to the door and open it. "Heyy Jack." They both said flirtatiously. "Hello ladies. Is sh-" "She'll be out soon... Y/N HE'S HERE!!!!" Londyn shouted. 

Jack was wearing a green matching sweater and shorts that said 'know nothing'. He had his KY chain on and was wearing green and grey new balances. He sat on the couch waiting for me holding a bouquet of roses in his hand. Roses are my favorite flower. "Y/N COME ON!!!!" Kaya shouted trying to hurry me up. "GIVE ME A MINUTE!!!" I say trying to quickly put my shoes on and get my stuff. "We'll be right back..." They rush into my room and start harassing me. 

"Hurry the fuck up bitch he's waiting!!!!" They both shout at me. "I'm trying!!!!.... Ok I'm ready." I say struggling. "Finally!!!!!" They both say as they push me out the doorway. I get pushed out and almost fall. They both snicker at me and apologize. 

I flip them off... with love of course. I then look at Jack as he looks at me. We both start smiling at each other. I run over to him and give him a big hug. He catches me, lifts me up for a hug and spins me around while I hold onto his neck tightly. 

As he's hugging me in the air, he gives me a kiss and I give him a kiss back. "I missed you so much mamas." He whispered in my ear. "I missed you too." I whisper back. He puts me down, hands me my flowers and we head out. 

While we both head out I look from behind and try to say goodbye to Londyn and Kaya. But instead of saying bye to me they mock me... with love of course. We get to his car and start heading to Top Golf. 

Literally a couple minutes later we ended up in traffic on the highway. "How've you been mamas? I haven't seen you in a while." He asks me. "I'm good... but enough about me, how are you Mr. Hotshot rapper?" I ask flirtatiously. He starts to get red. "It's nothing mamas." He says trying to not make it a big deal.
