Sid the science kid is an educational show about a boy called Sid that learns the basic science about everyday life.
I credit this show to teaching me the cardinal directions ( N,E,S,W) and intercardinal directions (NE,SE,NW,SW). I also credit this show in teaching me about the primary and secondary colours.
This LOVELLY show was introduced to me by my Second grade teacher. He played an episode in class and I LOVED it. Then I asked him where I could find more episodes and then he simply opened youtube and told me what to type.
I LOVED the show SO MUCH and I collected all the DVD's I could find. I mostly ordered them from Amazon although one DVD was available locally and the other in a neighboring country.
Unfortunately, there were a few episodes I wasn't able to watch because the DVD I bought from the store here was somehow corrupted and I couldn't watch anything properly. I was PINING over the missed episodes for my whole childhood from when I was 8 to when I turned 13.
This show is SOO entertaining and educational at the same time. I HONESTLEY wish more people would watch it.
My favorite character was Gabriella although I have recently grown to like May alot.
Gabriella is so confident and May is shy but SUPER knowledgeable. I miss her already just writing this.
