        When the Farlands were first discovered, they were thought to be nothing more than a fairytale, the tellings of a drunken madman. But soon people from all over the world started to adventure out in search of these so-called“Farlands”, each trying their hardest to be the first ones to truly find the supposed landmass that defied all known laws of physics. It had been said that people were supposedly drawn to the place by some kind of supernatural force, like being led by some kind of invisible leash. Those who had supposedly found it never returned back home or were never heard from again, reduced to nothing but a faint memory one could barely think of. It was simply as if they had never existed in the first place. It was said that the land itself was a huge spongy wall of terrain that was millions of miles away from the nearest village, making it excruciatingly difficult to get to. This terrain was so difficult to find that no one knew what truly lay beyond the wall… or what terrible things may be waiting on the other side. As time went on, people began to realize just how dangerous it could be to venture too close to the Farlands. As these dangers became more prevalent, many people began to eventually give up finding this god-forsaken landmass and continue thinking of the Farlands as just a folklore that would be told for generations—or at least that was until the expunge occurred….
