Here is the reason why Izuku was crying.

"It's been a long time since I left the hospital." I mumbled to myself as I sit on the rock softly. "Izu?" A familiar voice said. "Kaina?" I said. "Hey, Izu." She said smiling while walking up to me and then she sat down in front of me.

"I am going to perish soon so l want to spend my time with my little bro." She said. "Do you want me to sing you a song, lzu?" She said. I nodded. "Well you better sing along then." She said smiling. "Sure." I said while smiling too.
