Chapter 35

Today was my first day at my new job. I was a little nervous but it'll be fun. "You'll do fine Dani! Do you want me to drive you there?" He asked. I nodded and started getting dressed. Matt made me breakfast, he's not the greatest cook so I basically just oatmeal and a apple for breakfast. We got in the car and he drove me to work. "I get off at 4 so you have to remember to pick me up." I said as we pulled up to Starbucks. "Alright, love you beautiful" he told me as I got out of the car. I walked in and there was a woman waiting for me. "Are you Dani?" She asked. "Yes I am." I said with a smile. She first gave me a uniform and a badge. Then introduced me to all the other workers. By the time that was over, it was time for my lunch. I got a 30 minutes lunch break so I walked to chipotle across the street. When I got back to work, she taught me how to use the make smoothies and a couple teas. By then, it was already time for me to leave. "See you tomorrow!" I said as I walked out the door to find Matthew. I found his car and got in it. "How was your first day?" He said kissing me on the lips. "Good, it went by fast. What did you do today?" I asked. "Nothing really, met with Justin for lunch. But of course we had to take it home cause the fans. Then I shopped online for some birthday presents. " he said with a smile. "Like what?" I asked. "You'll see when you get it." He said. When I got home, the house was completely clean. "You cleaned too?!" I said. "Maybe" he said. I got dressed into pajamas and made salad for breakfast. After dinner, we looked for houses online. We found one that we liked so Matthew is going to call them tomorrow to see if we can look at it. By that time, it was 9:30 and I was ready for bed.
