[3rd Person]

It was a bright and early morning at Hogwarts, the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Everyone, students and professors alike, were gathered in the Great Hall for breakfast. However, one Ravenclaw didn't have much of an appetite. A scowl was across the lips of the fifth-year as her storm gray eyes were dull, showing signs of not only exhaustion but annoyance as well. Her chin rested on the palm of her tattooed left hand that wasn't wrapped in a thick layer of bandages due to an "injury." She was glad that she was able to Iris Message her father to ask for ambrosia and nectar for her hand. It was only able to stop the bleeding as she was writing with a blood quill, a dark magic tool considered to be a torture device.

Seraphina glanced at her other half out of the corner of her eye and saw his facial expression as he read the Daily Prophet. She could tell he was just as done with this place as she was, especially with the Ministry and its Minister. She sighed through her nose, growing more annoyed at the situation. She solved one problem, but several emerged in its place; but if she was honest with herself, two of the problems were there from the very start.

The first problem involved both her best friend and herself. The problem was the Minister of Magic, Cuntelius sorry, Cornelius Fudge. Not only did he throw Sirius Black into Azkaban without a trial, but he also let him rot there for twelve years. Lord and Lady Potter's wills stated that Sirius Black was not the Secret Keeper, but he had also made an oath when he became Harry's godfather, and breaking that oath meant death. Sadly, that was just the tip of the iceberg.

After the Quidditch World Cup, some Death Eaters appeared and set the campsite ablaze while torturing Muggle adults and children. One of them cast the Dark Mark in the sky, causing several wizards to panic. What did he do to calm the hysteria? Nothing; no article in the news reassured the Wizarding World, nor was there any indication that the situation was being handled. After the Triwizard Tournament, when Harry returned with the dead body of Cedric Diggory and proclaimed Voldemort's return, what did the Minister of Magic do? Launch an immediate investigation? Question Harry with Veritaserum or obtain consent to view his memories in a pensive? No, because that is what a competent minister would have done. He slandered Harry's name by bribing the Daily Prophet, along with hers, for fully supporting Harry during the summer. She was also certain the Minister sent a Dementor after him to silence him permanently. Seraphina wasn't an eagle for nothing, though, as she was keeping a list of everything he had done wrong. Soon, he will be kicked out of office and hopefully thrown into Azkaban. He wasn't the only thorn in her side, however.

The other big problem is Albus Dumbledore, another ignorant and senile old fool who shouldn't have power or be headmaster. One major problem Seraphina has with him is his treatment of Slytherin House. Just because there was one bad egg decades ago doesn't mean that EVERY single student sorted into Slytherin house is evil or a death eater, but his head is too far up his ass to see that. There was Merlin, who was a Slytherin, her aunt Andromeda Tonks, Harry's grandmother Euphemia Potter, and many others. Another major problem was his favoritism to the Gryffindor house ESPECIALLY because of Harry being in the house. He did so many things that broke the rules of Hogwarts and it was disgusting. The main thing that infuriated her was that he told Ron, Hermione and herself to not write to Harry during the summer because letters can be tracked but Seraphina found that to be a load of crap and ignored him. Harry needed someone to support him and help him through the traumatic event.

"Seraphina." A hand placed on top of her injured hand gently brought her back to reality. Her gray eyes landed on her Little Moon, who had a concerned look in her eyes. "You aren't eating breakfast, and I called your name, but you didn't respond. Are you alright?" She asked in her usual serene tone.

Seraphina looked at the cup of coffee that she poured for herself but forgot about as she was lost in thought. "There's nothing to worry about, Little Moon. I just have a lot of things on my mind..." Her eyes narrowed in anger at the thought of those foolish old men.
