Chapter 2

Jungkook's POV:

Me and Jimin spoke for about 15 minutes when I got a call from Tae. It took everything in my power to not just scream at him the moment I picked his phone.

" Hello"

"Hey Kook! How is the date going? Is the girl good looking? Of course she is!I told you I had great taste!"

"I wouldn't know what you mean Tae" I said in a very calm voice but then gritted my teeth during the next sentence. " You gave me the wrong address." It was silent for a few seconds after which I could hear him gasp on the other line and then scream profanities. " OH MY GOD KOOK. I am soo sorry. I was so excited for you to meet her that instead of giving you the right address I reversed the numbers. Wait let me send you the right-" I cut him off immediately.

"No need for that. I don't think I will have a great impression now that I am so late for it already. Just please apologize to her from me and tell her that its better if we don't meet again."

"okay..." I know Tae was not happy with my response but now was not the time to look after him.

When I ended the call I turned towards Jimin only to see him staring at me with an unreadable expression. He shook his head and looked at me with a smile which I reciprocated immediately. I know I only know him for 15 mins but I want to keep on meeting and staying with him. This isn't possible now because I have just met him now and if I tell him that he might freak out, the last thing I would want is that.

"Umm... I think I should leave now. I have taken a lot of your time already. I think you were expecting someone before me so I will leave you too it." I said.

"Ohh yeah. I think he will arrive any minute now." I think that must be his boyfriend. It felt very similar to indirect rejection.

" Wouldn't want your boyfriend thinking anything else." I smiled while I said that.

He quickly corrected me " He's not my boyfriend, but my brother." instant relief. That was the feeling I felt.

" Oh." that was all that came out of my mouth. I got up from the couch and went towards the door. Jimin had already taken the cup from me so now all that was left was going out of the house.

I opened the door and saw a person coming out of the lift. He looked similar to Jimin so I figured he must be Jungmin his brother. We looked at each other at the same time. I kept a polite smile on my face but he looked at me like he saw a ghost. That's weird.

"what is he doing here." Jungmin asked Jimin.

" I'm sorry do I know you?" I asked him.

" No. but I think we should keep it that way shouldn't we Jimin?" I looked at Jimin and he had nothing to say. He looked at me apologetically and instantly dragged his brother in the house.

Now I was all alone in the lobby of his floor so I called the lift. Other than the weird interaction between me and Jungmin, I  had a great time. I didn't want to think more about my conversation with his brother so I thought about his cute face.

His soft smile and his eyes, I would die to see him smile like that again. He had a really small face, his height is the perfect height for me to cuddle someone. my god he is my perfect type.

I reached home and changed into my pajamas , opened my fridge and started making myself something. Although I was not an amazing cook,I could cook decent food.

I had to learn how to cook early on as I was living alone ever since I was 18. Now that I have my own two storey house I don't need to do anything because I have people working for me. After I prepared dinner and ate it on the kitchen aisle I watched some episodes of my favourite web series. While I was watching the show I suddenly remembered that I didn't take Jimin's number.

I sat up straight and paced around the room. I cant go to his house now he might find it weird, I think I will have to visit him tomorrow, but that might look so intrusive. Oh god why did I not take his number. I AM SUCH A FOOL.

I calmed myself down after 15 minutes and then went to sleep thinking about ways to meet him without looking like a stalker and also taking his number.
