^Xanders POV^
I picked out my dress and my converse. I put them on and I heated up my curling iron. While I was waiting for it to heat up I did my eye make up. I loosely curled my hair and sprayed it with hair spray. once I was done I painted my nails and put on a necklace my dad gave me. I grabbed a phone case out of my dresser and put it on my phone.

I went out in the hall and sat against the wall. I was sitting there for about 20 minutes until I heard footsteps coming down the hallway. I look up and I see Matt.
"Hey X-Bear!" He said sitting down next to me.
"Hey Matt." I said sounding disappointed.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"Shawn stood me up." I said
"Well he's stupid and he doesn't know what he's missing." he said. I smiled and hugged him.
"Hey look X, you know how were best friends?"
"Yeah."
"Well X I have been wanting to tell you this but I didn't know if it would ruin our friendship but I just need to get it out and it may not be the best time but I really really like you a lot and I would like to try and be more than friends." he said hopeful.
"Matt I like you a lot too but I feel like fans are going to think that I am a total whore. I went from Jaxson to Hayes in one day after my break up with Jaxson and then I went from Hayes to Shawn in two days after Hayes and I broke up and then I would be going from Shawn to you in less than an hour after he dumped me" I said.
"Xander, I really like you and we can go slow if you want. We don't have to call our dates "dates" we can call them Bestie hangouts" he said laughing.
"I guess that could work." I replied laughing.
"Then get up."
"What why?"
"It's "bestie hangout" time. I mean you're already dressed up so there's no need to stay in a hotel room when no one can see your beauty." he said
"Okay let's go."
We walked hand in hand to the elevator and once the doors closed he pulled me close to him and kissed me.
"You don't know how long I've waited to do that." he laughs looking down at me considering he's like 3 feet taller than I am.
I laughed back and once the doors opened we walked out side and we walked to a local Taco Bell. When we got inside we ordered and sat down. We ate and talked for 2 hours. We walked to the beach and we sat in the sand and looked at the stars for another 2 hours. We walked back to the hotel and I decided to move into matts room so that things wouldn't be awkward between Shawn and I. Aaron was nice enough to switch rooms with me. I moved my suitcase in and packed everything into the dressers.
"Hey do you want to watch a movie?"Matt asked me.
"Sure just let me change" I said bringing a t-shirt and a pair of nike spandex into the bathroom. After I changed I walked over to matts bed to sit by him. He pulled his laptop in his lap and started mean girls.
"You read my mind" I said smiling and moving closer to Matt as he wrapped his arm around me. I laid my head on his chest as we laughed at the ridiculous movie we were watching. I hope Matt turns out to be the perfect guy for me.
