Daenaera Targaryen was born in the year ninety-six AC to Viserys Targaryen and Aemma Arryn. She was seven years of age when her father, King Viserys was seated upon the iron throne. Daenaera took to the sky five years after her father took the iron throne on her dragon, Messarion.
The dragon was a special dragon, the shedragon was a shade of violet, the first ever seen in Westeros. Messarion hatched on Dragon Stone in the year sixty-one AC in the midst of the reign of the King Jaehaerys I Targaryen. She was hatched from Dreamfyre. Messarion was majestic and mysterious like her rider, perhaps that is why the two bonded. Daenaera was the first to ride the shedragon and the last. The dragon was plump with horns along her head.
The year is one-hundred-eleven AC, Daenaera is fifteen years of age. Princess Daenaera has always been elegant, reticent, intelligent, and audacious. She had blonde hair rather than the silver, her eyes are a deep color of violet. She was often seen wearing bright colors like her soul, she was very bubbly and kind, you could often see her in the town with the small folk giving back to her community. Daenaera enjoyed bringing food and clothes for the poor.
Daenaera spent much of her time with her little sister and her best friend, Alicent Hightower. Alicent and Daenaera did almost everything with one another from braiding each other's hair to reading in the gardens to drinking after dark in the Red Keep. Alicent and Daenaera have been raised alongside one another since they were babies, they have known each other their whole lives and their bond was very strong. Daenaera seen Alicent as a close confidant, telling her all her secrets and confiding in her from time to time. Alicent had done the same with Daenaera.
Daenaera seemed to love it even more when her Uncle Daemon decided to present himself at court, always bringing her lavish gifts and gems. He even named Daenaera the fairest woman in all of the seven Kingdoms only a year earlier, Crowned her his queen of love and beauty.
Daenaera was the total opposite of both of her parents in many ways, but that did not make Aemma nor Viserys love her any less, they doted on her much like they did Rhaenyra. Rhaenyra was always closer to Aemma whilst Daenaera was closer to Viserys.
Daenaera had yet to shown much of an interest in men, taking to eyeing the women and girls of the court. The only man she ever had eyes for was her uncle, the rogue prince.
The princess is a natural kind hearted and selfless person, she is surrounded with a loving family, until tragedy strikes causing everything she had ever known to break down.
