Sometimes you don't think before you speak-

You want people to rely on you and come to you for help so we can all move forward at the same speed.

You don't want people seeing you sad because you don't want to seem vulnerable.

You try to include everyone if possible... though, your long-held grudges keep you from including some.

You can be pretty dramatic-

You're really passionate about your beliefs relating to your greater interests. 

You trust people really easily... which isn't always good...
