Carla couldnt tell if she really couldnt breathe when she got in or it was just her mind playing tricks on her. what would she do? how does one make such decisions? she knows it in her heart also that she wants to be with him too but all just feels so real and too good that she questions it. it was happening. her days dreams were coming to pass. the excitement and the anxiety of is making her lose her mind. she decided she would call someone who could point her in the right direction with some advice and she got on call with pastor ken to tell him about the situation and here what he thinks, most importantly to pray with her concerning the decision she was about the make because she knew it already. she spoke to him about what had happened during the day at the restaurant and to her surprise, pastor ken was aware. He told her how Sam had spoken to him about his plans the previous Sunday and he had prayed with him. She could not believe her ears. Pastor Ken prayed with her and told her there was no reason to worry or fear. the call ended after some minutes of prayer together. She was perplexed. She was beyond happy and her heart was filled with joy.
She thought of putting a call through to Sam. She was anxious but this time, it wasnt about making a decision anymore. she was anxious the next phase. the outcome of her decision. she decided to wait out the moments by doing some cleaning around her already properly neatly arranged little space. after she was done, she put a call through to Stephanie after a minute of contemplation. she wasnt sure it was a good idea to be sharing with her friend who had thought she had found love about a year ago who was now heartbroken that her dreams of her perfect love story were coming through but she decided to do it anyway. If for any reason, to let her know she was going to miss her till whenever they get to meet again.
Stephanie was extremely happy for her friend. she was happy she was getting something very beautiful from love. she did not let the fact that she had just gotten heartbroken make her say negative things about her friends good news. She was genuinely and deeply excited for her and Carla could tell. I will see you in the morning then. I will miss you so much. I know I will get to see you soon anyway but I dont know how soon. we will talk all the time. Stephanie said. they both laughed and said their goodnights.
Her heart was pounding. It was a new day. The 'next day' she had been waiting hours for through the night. she was so excited that she couldnt wait to jump on the phone with Sam. I will need your help with packing best friend.
