Chapter 22-A Love That Comes Once in a Lifetime

- Harnold, Vanessa! I screamed in the house.

I heard someone running and turned around to be met by my best friend and brother.

- What can I do for you?

- Could you please babysit Nora. Karma and I would like to have the night for ourselves. We need to start planning the wedding.

Harnold smiled and nodded.

- Come here, princess. Would you like to have some ice cream with me and Vanessa?

- Yes! Nora screamed, letting go of our hands and walking with Harnold toward the kitchen.

- If you ever need help, you can come to ask us, my best friend screamed.

Both me and Karma nodded and walked out of his house to our house.

No one's p.o.v

Both Y/n and Karma get inside the house and walk straight to her bedroom. Y/n, tired from the big day she had, laid down on the soft mattress and let sleep take over. Karma chuckled and kissed the forehead of his fiancée.

- Sleep well, my queen, he whispered before walking back to his room.

A few hours later and Your p.o.v

I wake up and look at the clock. It's eleven p.m and Karma and I still haven' talked about our wedding.

- I see you're finally awake, my assassin.

I smiled as Karma walked inside my room. He sat down next to me and showed me his phone.

- Rio and the rest of the class are currently on the plane. Are you sure you won't need it?

I smile and nod.

- I am staying here in Japan for the rest of my life. I don't want to leave your side, never.

I looked at my red haired fiancé and felt a feeling of happiness wash over me.

- I'm so lucky to be with you, I'm so happy that you are mine.

- I am so happy that I met you. I am so lucky to have you in my life.

I smiled and hugged Karma tightly.

- I love you, my handsome, red haired sadist.

- I love you too, my beautiful assassin.

He put two fingers under my chin and turned my head so our lips were almost touching. Our breaths mixed with each other as we looked at each other's eyes with passion and love. Slowly, we both leaned in and closed the small gap between both of us. We stayed kissing for a good minute and then we pulled back for air.

- Karma, I was thinking.

- About what?

- I want to have the wedding in the forest behind our old classroom. After all, this is where we learned about each other. This is where I made you learn how to become an assassin.

- I love your idea, my queen! It's settled then.

- Also, I think we should start the preparation. I am so excited!

My boyfriend chuckled and kissed my forehead.

- As you wish. But you know we still have three years in front of us, right?

I nod.

- I know and I can't wait to pass those three years and the rest of my life with you, I answer, grinning.
