In the U.S. there are no laws necessarily against cannibalism, but most, if not all, states have created laws that make it nearly impossible to legally obtain human flesh for consumption. Murder, for example, is against the law. Even if someone consents to them eating the flesh before killing themselves it is still illegal based on laws governing the abuse or desecration of a corpse. The only state that has an explicit law against cannibalism is Idaho, it is forbidden unless it is an extreme survival situation. Other countries that don't have any laws for or against cannibalism are the UK, Canada, and Germany.
