Niall leaned out from my neck and slowly walked into the other room. I was paralyzed. Was this really happening? I shook all of the questions out of my head and continued walking toward the door.
"Kallista?" I heard a voice call. I froze, and turned back around. Harry and Louis were walking toward me. I didn't feel like a long conversation. I just needed to get home and think to myself.
"Yes?" I answered. They stopped in front of me. I noticed an exited look on Harry's face, and a worried look on Louis'. I saw Louis trying to form words, and Harry laughing at him. "Listen. I just want to go home." I started walking toward the door.
"W-wait!" Harry said. I took in a deep breath and stopped in my tracks.
"Start talking if you want to talk to me!" I said. I heard Harry sigh and his footsteps come towards me. I cleared my throat, but he still didn't start talking. "Harry, spit it out!"
"Okay, we wanna know what all of that was about," he told me into my ear. I gulped, not sure to tell him or not. It's more complicated than it seems. Well, once, Harry was in love with me, and he had kissed me. There was more than one bad thing about that.
Niall had walked in. "C'mon, you can tell us," I heard Louis say.
"I'm just gonna go," I finally said, and ran out of the hotel room. As I walked to the elevator, I kept looking behind me to make sure he wasn't following me. He knew what was going on, and he wanted to keep it from happening. It was going to happen, and Harry couldn't stop it.
I got in the elevator and pushed the 'lobby' button. "Kallista!" I heard his voice call. My heart dropped to my knees, and I pushed the 'close doors' button over and over again. My breaths came out faster and faster as I heard footsteps coming closer to me. Just as the doors were almost closed, his hand came in between them.
I backed up to the back of the elevator and watched the doors open again. I saw his worried face and closed my eyes. "H-Harry, just stop alright. I know what you're trying to do, and you're not going to stop this from happening."
I watched his face, but it didn't change. I saw his muscles tense up. He was mad. "Harry, please. Keep your jealousy to yourself," I told him quietly.
"Listen, Kallista," he said, getting closer to me. I started getting shaky. Harry was really scary when he was mad. "I have Louis now. I might still love you, but you aren't going to ruin me and his relationship." My eyes were still clenched closed, and I was leaning away from him.
He gave me an aggravated look, and then he simply walked out of the elevator. I was still shaking when the doors closed. He still loved me? What? I couldn't think straight, so I didn't think at all. I simply walked home in the rain.
When I got home, I plopped on the couch and held my head. Right away, I heard a car pull up in the driveway. It was Niall. The door opened, closed again, and I heard footsteps coming toward me. "Kallista, is there something wrong? Harry--"
"I know, Harry is jealous," I muttered to him, rubbing my forehead.
"He needs to understand that you are mine, and if he can't understand that, I will teach him."
"Niall--"
"Don't."
I sighed. I couldn't fight with Niall. "Goodnight, Niall." With that, I walked up the stairs, and climbed into bed.
