Emotional Description: Charlotte is extremely clever but very sassy. She has almost no shame and is not afraid to argue. She's very careful when expressing her opinion but knows how to easily win people over.

Fin style: like most mermaids, she has a bright blue tail, however, it changed shades towards her end fin. It separates and has several other fan like fins attached. It also glows in the dark, like her eyes so she can see.

Clothing Description: Dresses well frequently. She almost always wears heels; when she's at work she wears skirts or dresses. She always carries a gun with her.

Special Abilities: Charlotte has strong magic; she can cause it to rain, whether it is from the palm of her hand or from the sky. She can also move the rain away from her when it's already wet outside. Occasionally, a water cloud will from over her head and spill water on her.

Charlotte's Relationships with Characters:

Emma Swan: Charlotte didn't care for Emma at first. She didn't like the fact that Emma was against Regina and practically ruined Regina's life when she fought for Henry. Later on however, Gram persuades Charlotte to like Emma and she does. Emma and she become allies but not really good friends because Charlotte deeply cares for Regina.

Regina Mills: Regina is Charlotte's best friend and had been since they met in the Enchanted Forest. Regina is always able to fall back on Charlotte. Charlotte frequently runs errands for Regina as well as helps with Henry. Charlotte is very loyal and not easy to get rid of, that's why she stays with Regina even when she knows that Regina is in the wrong.

Snow White: Charlotte got along with Mary Margret before the spell was broken but after that she kept her distance. Charlotte was always fair when dealing with her but was afraid of getting on Regina's bad side. Charlotte later helps Snow and unites her and Regina to a mutual relationship.

Prince Charming: Charlotte liked David at first and fell into a love triangle with David's fake wife in the beginning. When Mary Margaret stepped into the picture Charlotte stepped out and searched for a partner elsewhere. When he regains his memories Charlotte steps out of the way because they had history together, but not the good kind.

Rumple: Charlotte never liked Mr. Gold in Storybrooke however; she hated Rumple much more. Rumple had kidnapped her from Killian in the Enchanted Forest. Charlotte swore her revenge after Rumple had told her about the death of Killian (though he hadn't actually died). Regina stopped her from killing him secretly but pretended to be on her side.

Belle: Charlotte and Belle got along splendidly for a while. Belle fell in love with Rumple and Charlotte (like usual) stepped away. They had a weak friendship because they only saw each other when Charlotte came in to borrow books.
